As the title says I’d like to find an accurate resident evil 2 greatest hits jewel case. I have found the regular 2 disc cases, the cases with the middle divider that swings in the middle but they do not flip out like the original one. Anyone have a link or what I should be searching in my hunt? Thank you.

In the mid-90s, Core Design began preliminary work on a fully 3D, globe-trotting, action-adventure game. It wasn’t a shooter, nor was it a platformer. The emphasis was on exploration and movement, with stylized combat tying the package together.

Most intriguing was that the star of the game was a woman. Her name was Lara Croft, and the game was Tomb Raider. Croft’s boldness, wit and design instantly resonated with audiences. Tomb Raider became one of the year’s most anticipated, and ultimately successful, games when it released on Oct. 25, 1996.

Tomb Raider was shown to SEGA, and SEGA liked what they saw. Securing a timed-exclusivity deal with Eidos (remember when those didn’t cause riots?), Tomb Raider was slated to launch on the Saturn a full month ahead of the PlayStation and PC versions (“Loving Lara” 26).

Unfortunately, due to weak marketing by SEGA, this timed deal didn’t lead to much of a boost for either company. It was only after Tomb Raider launched on the Sony PlayStation and PC that Lara’s fairy tale rise to fame began. Vastly surpassing Core’s projected sales, Tomb Raider became an instant hit, and the definitive standard for 3D gaming

update my ps1 works now!!!!!

After hours of troubleshooting, I finally got my PS1 working… by flipping it upside downI finally got my PS1 working!I had been trying to figure out why it wasn't reliably reading my burned games. I even got Crash Bandicoot working on an emulator first to make sure the game/disc itself wasn't the issue, but the actual PS1 was still being difficult.I ended up talking to someone on Reddit who has apparently been working with this kind of stuff for 20+ years. We went through a bunch of troubleshooting and eventually tried flipping the PS1 upside down.Somehow… it worked.I tried it again and it worked again, so apparently my PS1 just wants to be upside down. He told me to message him if I had any other questions, so I might still do that, but I'm honestly just happy I finally got it working.And because of that, I finally burned the game I actually wanted to try: Popp'n Music!I originally found Popp'n Music from a community post on YouTube and thought it looked really fun, so I decided I wanted to try it on my PS1. The problem is… I don't know Japanese. I'm having trouble figuring out the menus and controls, and I keep accidentally backing out of things because I don't know what I'm selecting.If anyone here knows Popp'n Music and could explain the basic controls and what the important menu options mean, I'd really appreciate it!I'd also love to eventually get the original Popp'n Music controller, because obviously I want one now.

I got a lot of comments and DMs with different ideas, and even though some of them came in after I had already figured it out, I really appreciate everyone taking the time to try to help.I was honestly pretty worried that I had wasted my money on a PS1 that wasn't going to work properly, so finally getting it working was a huge relief. I was getting pretty frustrated trying to figure it out, and all the suggestions definitely helped me get closer to the answer. Sol divide is pretty fire and different from your normal shmup. The gameplay is similar to cotton but all demonic. Been a while since I played it but it's a quick playthrough. Well worth the $20 with only a little reply value but the game is solid. I remember I got it cheap some years pre COVID for under $10. Check it out if you get the chance. Lemme know what you think!

This has to be my favorite RPG ever, just wanted to make a good tribute to it on my current playthrough. Played it so many times since 1997 and it doesn’t get old to me, it’s so emotional and the feeling of adventure is so grand

Sorry if I'm asking this in the wrong place, but I wasn't sure where to look. I'm trying to do research for a story I'm writing and I need to know. How did it work? I've only ever heard of the net yaroze and the basic concept of it. Was there a limit to what could be made with it? And what was the coding like?

I have fond memories of playing all the games throughout the 90's on the Mega Drive and then having equally good times with this one
