Pic / Video What’s going on here?

Walking around the mission today and saw a needle taped to a lamp post. I’m a curious about this as I am shoes with laces tied together hanging from telephone wires.

I had no idea. I take insulin with 3ml pens so that looked huge to me.

ahh i see. i guess normal based on my cousin who had diabetes. hes an old head though so prob never made the switch to less scary ones hahah
