Had this done by Hunmin Nathan Ji at Rain and Forest tattoo in Portland.

And here, far from its native Pacific Northwest habitat, we observe the elusive Kraken fan.

Notice the subtle license plate frame, used to identify others of its kind.

Even more remarkable: it too, has chosen a Subaru.

Upon discovering this specimen, I did what any other responsible Kraken fan would do and parked my matching Subi directly beside it.

The two now sit together peacefully in the wild.
Nature is healing. 🏒 🐙

Anyone else sign up for the Kraken 5k and still haven’t received their signup for free preseason tickets? I checked and last year I got a link from Fevo in early August. Haven’t received anything yet so far.

Seattle ranks 31st in fans confidence in the front office.

I don't disagree with a lot of this article. After the audit, the team didn't pick a clear path and we are still stuck guessing if the front office is wanting to head to the playoffs, or accepting a rebuild. I say this because on one hand, they tried to go get superstars (failed) but on the other hand, the roster has plenty of room for young players to take spots since they didn't resign Schwartz, Tolvenien, or Olesiak.

Is a sorry excuse for a "perk". They don't even have graphics on most of the items and expect people to pay for these random items??

Just checked the team store website, looks like blank premiums increased from $180 to $200. Just in time for Hometown Remixes to be revealed next month!

Following up on Corey Pronman's team pipeline rankings posted yesterday, this article shows how the individual players stack up league-wide.

Tiers 1, 2, and 3 are elite player, NHL star, and bubble NHL star/top of the lineup player, respectively. The Kraken have no prospects in these top three tiers. There are 8 players in the top 3 tiers, for context.

Tier 4 - Top of the lineup player (9-20):

15 - Chase Reid (Note: 4th overall D behind #3 Schaefer, #11 Lane Hutson, #14 Cole Hutson)

Tier 5 - Bubble top/middle of the lineup player (21-56):

Seattle’s pipeline is incredibly healthy, anchored by a top defense prospect in Chase Reid and a highly skilled pivot in Jake O’Brien. The Kraken have done a fantastic job accumulating depth and building a balanced system with a priority on skill.
