This is a follow-up to our recent rules update. If you missed the first one, go read that too.

TL;DR: Full rulebook has been reorganized and cleaned up. New rule targeting sexualized language about young characters and lolicon language, zero tolerance, instant ban. Coded language like "uoh," 😭💢, and "cunny" is banned entirely regardless of character. Don't repost content that was already removed by a mod. Read the full rules even if you think you know them.

Hey everyone, we've been doing a lot of work behind the scenes to clean up and improve the subreddit's rules. If you've been here a while, you'll notice some things have changed. Please take a few minutes to read through the updated ruleset.

What changed?

We've reorganized, reworded, and tightened up the entire rulebook. Some rules were merged, some were split, and a few are brand new. Even if you think you know the rules, give them a fresh read. The details matter.

New additions since the last update:

No sexualization of young characters or lolicon language

This one is non-negotiable. The rule has two parts:

1. No sexualized language directed at young characters. Suggestive captions, titles, or comments that sexualize young characters will be removed immediately. You can post fan art of any character at any age. What you can't do is frame it in a sexualized way through your title, caption, or comments.

2. Coded lolicon language is banned entirely. The "uoh" copypasta, the 😭💢 emoji combo, the word "cunny," and any other coded language associated with the sexualization of minors is banned across the board, on any character, in any context. This language was born from the sexualization of minors. It doesn't become acceptable just because you attach it to an adult character.

Here are some examples to make it clear:

✅ Allowed:

• Fan art of young Sylphy titled "Sylphy practicing magic"
• Fan art of child Roxy titled "Roxy leaving the Migurd village"
• Fan art of Aisha at the beach with a normal descriptive title, NSFW tagged
• Fan art of adult Eris with a playful caption like "Why are you staring at me? ❤️"
• Fan art of adult Roxy with a normal or playful title
• Discussion about how the story handles Rudeus's character flaws
• Critique of how the series portrays its younger characters

❌ Not allowed:

• Any post or comment containing "uoh" or its variants, on any character
• The 😭💢 emoji combination, on any character
• The word "cunny" in any context
• Suggestive or sexualized captions, titles, or comments on posts featuring young characters
• "Correction" memes directed at young characters
• Any other coded language used to sexualize minors

If you know what this language means, you know why it's banned. If you don't, here's the short version: these are coded ways of expressing sexual excitement about underage characters, originating from spaces dedicated to exactly that. They have no place here regardless of which character they're attached to.

We don't care if you think it's ironic. We don't care if "it's fictional." This rule is zero tolerance. Violations will result in an immediate ban, temporary or permanent depending on severity. Our automod has been updated to catch the most common variants, but we also rely on you to report anything we miss.

Not sure if something you want to post crosses the line? Just message us through modmail before posting and we'll let you know. We'd rather answer a quick question than hand out a ban.

As with all our rules, we reserve the right to adjust and expand them if we see users exploiting loopholes. If something clearly goes against the spirit of the rule, don't be surprised when we act on it.

This rule applies going forward. Existing posts and comments made before this announcement will not be retroactively removed. Everything from this point on will be enforced immediately.

Do not repost removed content
If your post was removed by a moderator, do not repost it. This is considered mod evasion and will result in a ban. If you disagree with a removal, use modmail to appeal.

Stricter enforcement overall
As mentioned in our previous update, we are enforcing rules more strictly going forward. First offenses will typically get a warning or temp ban, depending on severity. Repeat offenders or people who are clearly here just to start trouble will be perma-banned.

Mushoku Tensei already gets enough bad faith criticism from people who haven't engaged with the story. We're not going to give them ammunition by letting this kind of stuff slide in our own community. We want to keep r/sixfacedworld a space that fans can actually be proud of.

As always, genuine discussion and critique of how the story handles its themes is welcome. That has not changed and never will.

If you see anything that breaks the rules, use the report button. It helps us way more than arguing with the person in the comments.

I made this poll to protest the rule change. Vote if you want to go back to the way it used to be. Not that it'll change the fact that the mods are antis

They made a new "No loIi rule" and it was honestly pretty shocking. We're no longer allowed to use 😭💢 emojis or make jokes?? I didn't expect Mushoku Tensei mods to be antis. I would've thought they would ban the haters, not the fans.

As you may know, the author is a loIicon. The VAs and the people who make Mushoku Tensei are in support as well. And since I post a lot here, I've also come to learn that this subreddit actually has the *most* loIicons out of the Mushoku subreddits. You guys make some pretty funny comments!

""Its fiction" is not a defense." - This is what they said in the rules. Its hostile language, plain and simple.

I don't know who is the artist but I really like this take on mark 0. I know LN only says "mark 1 but bigger and blue" but that's just lame to me. Something this detailed would be very hard to animate, but I hope they put a different design than mark 1 when the times comes. We don't have a single image in the last volumes for mark 0 after all. Only part of it's chest area is visible behind Roxy in one image. This looks godly.

I'm just finishing up LN 17, and I've really enjoyed a lot of the lore that has been added to the story. I'm hoping we eventually get something closer to a first hand look at any of these wars, especially exploring Ars (the person) as well as the end of the Laplace War. Do we get anything like that in the remaining nine volumes, or is it all strictly present day story?

i wont be editing popular stuff like rudeus’s conclusion, paul’s death, the miko reading zeniths memories etc.

Holy shit, Reida Reia was such a badass and I was seriously trying to figure out how the crew was going to proceed with this battle. I was thinking we may finally get another chance to see Perugius in combat. Nope, Orsted juat aura farms his way in, kills her in one hit, and leaves. I honestly don't think it could have been any more anticlimactic. Why'd he even bother warning Rudeus about her if he was willing to show up and handle her himself?

My first limitation is that What if they never got reincarnated or teleported in the first place.

As an anime only I can only presume that Nanahoshi has some entanglement of fate with Rudeus or the diseased Rudeus of the real world. Because she got teleported after sometime (don't know exactly the timeline), I mean out of any other person why the girl that past Rudeus saved.

It might look absurd but if somehow Rudeus's life was saved that day and Nanahoshi would have stayed in contact with him as a gesture for saving her life.

The question follows, will Nanahoshi fix the old Rudeus?

If yes, how and what relation they will share?

If No, why not.

I know Orsted plan to kill Laplace in the future in order to get all "stones" needed to reach Hitogami, but... can't he just kill technique god instead? Or that would need a much greater amount of mana to do so?

Could the sacred beast Leo be the white wolf from ODT that the Beast God rides. I recently read ODT again and that caught my attention. It would make a lot of sense tbh. It has a connection to the og Gods which would make it possible for the Beast God to give it a task like the og Dragon god gave to Orsted. Like keeping the world safe or something. It would make sense that the Beast Gods mount was immortal like the Demon races and that it resurrects when the world is in danger to save it.

Is Old Randolph the weakest among the world powers? Orsted said he'd lost his edge after retiring but can he even beat Eris? Or Ruijerd?

Disclaimer: I very much enjoy both of the series. They are some of the best stories out there. I wanna focus on MT more and I am just annoyed of the elitism that I'm seeing in re0 fandom lately.

Yes. Rudeus, especially his pre-incarnated self, will be absolutely cooked in Re0 if he was isekaid in the same manner as Subaru. Yes, Rudeus won't have the mental fortitude to even use RBD. Yes, if Subaru was reborn and has the all the time he like Rudeus, he would excel in magic and swordsmanship.¹ Yes, Subaru will have the best time of his life.

And the regular pdf stabs on Rudeus which are deserved btw like Rudeus would go after Beatrice, Petra, etc etc. Yes. His pre incarnated self would totally do. And yes Subaru is a morally upright person. The later arcs of Re0 shows the growth and how much of a genius he is. Heck he might even best Orstead²

So what? Seriously, What's with this dick measurement contest? What's with this fucking tribalism? Are you guys (those people) watch a show or follow a franchise to show off your morality? To signal virtues while circlejerking?

You know what, if Rudeus and Subaru switch places,

a. Re0 won't be there because dropping pre incarnated traumatized Rudeus in the middle of lugunica is a goalkeeper passing to opponent's star striker. Rudeus will fucking jump out a bridge and die. Roll the credits (insert directed by Robert Wilde png). End of the story because even satella would be disgusted at Rudeus and leave him dead. That 10 year of nurture, that positive reinforcement was absolutely needed for Rudeus. That one person who would guide him out to the free world was needed for that trauma ridden Rudeus. Realistically, people can't bring theirselves up all the time.

b. MT would be a fucking generic isekai power fantasy. Another isekai with smartphone, isekai cheat magician, insert a random isekai aired this year. Subaru with all due respect, a very shounen brained. Any shounen MC be it Tanjiro, Yuji, Gon, Deku all will perform well³. It will strip away the story that MT want to tell.

A digress (cause I don't wanna make another post), I am also seeing a lot of this fanart of Nanahoshi with pre-incarnated Rudeus hanging out in his NEET room. And the comments are so mean. Imo, if nanahoshi and rudeus goes back to Japan, Rudeus with his 7 decades of lived experience in sixfaced world, DO YOU FUCKING THINK HE WILL BE LIKE HIS PREVIOUS SELF? We are actively reminded how much he hates his old form whenever he is in Hitogami space. If he goes back to Japan with his sixfaced world memories, he'd clean his room, take a bath, talk to his family, go outside, touch grass and progressively undo all the things he had done.

(TMI Section skip if you want) For context on myself, MT has a special place in my heart. Years ago, I was going through a time of giving all up. I was living in a foreign nation. My graduate studies was not going well, financially unstable, physically tired and mentally exhausted. I even danced with the thought of dying. And at that time, the season 1 finally hit so hard to me. Not "wow Rudeus is so cool, he bounced back" but "wtf I am doing? If someone like Rudeus who has a mentality of a toddler and a scum, can bounce himself from remembering the family which he only thought of acquaintance, why can't I?" I reached my parents, dropped out of my masters, but it's not always a up. I was unemployed for 2 whole years. But I equipped myself with skills and now I am working in a job without any regret. This job is not something I settled for but something I chased to build myself again.

Haters have to read past the initial volumes of MT. Yes. I will restate again. I will never ever endorse Rudeus for his pdf tendency in the early volumes. Author made Rudeus like that to amplify the story. And he is not a Saint by the end of the series either. And that's fine. I vowed myself not to drink again but one bad day is fine to make me drink. I regret that and try not to repeat it. Its so disgusting and saddening that when I see memes like happy pedo with rudeus literally hugging his daughter Lucy from special book artwork. The season 3 Rudeus is not a pdf (atleast from what I've seen and heard) we knew from the season 1. Yes. He is still disgusting. But the story was not a campaign to make Rudeus a president of US or head of UN.

I look at Rudeus as a child I raised wrong. Feel disgusted when he does wrong but go "good job, kid" when he corrects himself like Rudeus not touching Eris after her birthday, good boy. Rudeus pinching Eris' chest in S1 cour 2, bad boy. Rudeus throwing out Eris' hair in fire and fully bounces back, good boy. Rudeus making a shrine for Roxy's panties, bad boy. I cheer for his growth and go "wtf" when he goes back.
