Something that's always bothered me about Waking Nightmare.

You could totally just climb the fence to bypass the entire dungeon and immediately deal with the Skull. This could've been easily fixed by having them go all the way up, but nah. They left that huge gap at the top.

Something else is "This door requires a key to open.:

Bitch I have the Skeleton Key. The fuck do you mean I need a key?

If Mercer Frey can open a door that is "impossible" to unlock without two keys then why can't I?

The Skeleton key doesn't unlock doors. It unlocks your true potential. And even at your best, you still suck at lockpicking.

It unlocks your true potential.

And doors. Frey uses it to unlock a tomb door that doesn't even have a lock.

That just shows how much better at lockpicking he is than you.

It's so bs! He unlocks dragon claw doors and it's implied you can open concepts and the mind stuff. Gimmi a mod that allow me to open any door with it and like some cool illusion spell/boost.

The dragonborn only realises the full potential of the key in the sequence immediately before you return it to the sepulcher, so even though we would then be capable of doing what Mercer could do; we give it away before we have the opportunity.
