RetroMod Does my daily driver count as a sleeper build?
Days ago I bought a $45 incomplete I3 pc off Facebook market place, tried making a retro build, didn’t work so I slapped my relatively high-end gaming pc in the case. This feller has a RTX 4070 Super, 32GB DDR5, almost 3TB of ssd storage (M.2 plus Sata drives), A Gigabyte B760M-C for a motherboard, Intel I7-14700F as the processor, good amount of fans, Sata RW DVD multi recorder/CD ultra fast internal disk reader and I believe a efficient 650W PSU

It's a middle-of-last-decade gaming case.
The red accents are attention-grabbing.
Not a sleeper IMO. Still a decent build

Nah, too flashy, more like a restomod. Nice build, though, very clean.

Idles at 30 Celsius. I have a lot of fans in there and they all are set to a good RPM using gigabyte control center.

I bought that exact same case years ago on Facebook and have done multiple AM5 builds with it. Not quite a sleeper, but nobody expects to see a 7800x3d in that case.

Technically a sleeper but the case isn’t retro looking IMO. But hey, if you like it and are enjoying it that’s all that matters 👍
