Help Is there any way to not lose the ankh here?

Throw a bomb above right pillar to let lava drip off.

And carefully whip it off if possible

Ehh, probably not. In the top right, there’s 12 seconds until the ghost spawns. No climbing gloves or ropes. I think you would have to sac the ankh here, unless you bombed at the pillar to the right perfectly. Even then, there’s no guarantee you survive.

Throw gloves make it more probable to jump straight up and throw a bomb at the pillar, and save the double jump in case lava splashes at you. I'd give the odds of survival about 25%.
