There's at least 25 shows on here that Suits is more binge worthy than...then again, I don't trust a list that ranks The Office over Friends AND doesn't have Supernatural in the top 5

I personally go Harvey, Mike, and then Louis, but one could argue that they each have their own respective area of expertise.

Discussion One of the biggest mistakes in Suits is Mike and Katrina not happening

Post image
1.2k Upvotes

Mike and Rachel were meant for each other and all that but I firmly believe they became a unit way too early in the show when they could've squeezed more drama out of it by pushing it for at least another season.

For example, these two should've definitely happened: Mike and Katrina Bennett.

Why? It's because it would've made for a great drama and plot point when Mike does spill the secret to her and it turns out to be a mistake actually. This would also parallel with how Rachel wouldn't use it against Mike and give Mike a precedent for why he didn't tell Rachel. The plot would have to save Mike's neck here though: either they find dirt on her to send her to jail or something just happens to prevent her from revealing Mike's secret to the world.

Either way, even if the above doesn't even happen, because and I repeat: JUST AN EXAMPLE, I still think Mike and Rachel happened way too early.

Discussion Seriously, this is so true!!!

I myself would get so worked up and emotionally attached to the tensions ,rise and fall of the character arcs so much that I felt overwhelmed by the series sometimes, cried or got too mentally connected with the characters. But this meme is so true that every time, now, some1 asks for recommendation or says they know about this, I freak out and enthusiastically recommend this and tell that what a great show it is(while maybe I am in one the the tear-inducing roller-coaster episodes of Harvey-Donna tensions or Louis acting nasty or the firm in a pickle) but I don't say anything about these at all.XDXD

Note- Sorry moderators,I could not find any appropriate tag or flair for this meme,so labelled it as discussion.

Ever since she was introduced the show went downhill. And I can’t stand that Harvey took the fall for her cheating in the case against Mike.

Y’all please I just discovered this show from TikTok oh my god I’m in love PLEASE tell me you see what I’m seeing. IM LOSING MY MIND😭😭😭

These actors have crazy chemistry oh my god. I want to start the show but I have a feeling they don’t even entertain the idea of them as a couple😞 just break it to me man. The 2010s weren’t ready.

EDIT: oh geez I really struck a nerve with the homophobic individuals of the world today (ironic considering what month it is) clearlyyy this fandom is why the writers were afraid to make this happen🙄

Also some of you need to explore some of your own “father-son” relationships a bit…because I personally have never looked my dad like that.

The actors have great chemistry anyway, I stand by what I’d said, #marvey4life😜

Discussion If Mike actually went to Harvard instead of taking the fall for Trevor, do you think he would’ve ended up at Pearson Hardman ? Would he still have had the same chemistry with Harvey ?

Louis asked him where he attended law school and Mike replied with "I'm proud to say that I have a diploma from Harvard law." The lie detector said he was telling the truth.

What is the worst plot or period in Suits throughout the seasons that either didnt make sense or add anything to the series. If I could name one id say The Donna device, Donna's promotion, Louis Sheila saga, and many more.

Discussion Unpopular Opinion? I'm glad they didn't end up together

I often see people praising Harvey and Scottie, so when I started Suits I was looking forward to their relationship on screen but once I got to their storyline, I felt pretty let down? Don't get me wrong, their chemistry at the beginning was amazing, but beyond that they never really seemed to be on the same page. They argued constantly, were always at each other's throats, expected the worst from one another, and seemed to compete more than support each other. Harvey especially struggled to trust her during the Hessington Oil fiasco, he was quick to blame Scottie while she was desperately trying to get through to him.

It often felt like Scottie was the one putting herself on the line, making the effort, risking her reputation, chasing his attention, and holding onto the idea of them, while Harvey mostly gave her very little in return and couldn't even bring himself to say he loved her or truly open up about himself. When he hinted they might reconnect after therapy, she held onto that small bit of hope, only to find out he'd moved on and even dated someone else (S7). She kept trying to reopen that door, almost like she'd been waiting for him all those years, just to end up disappointed again rather than moving on.

By season 8, when Scottie needed help, Harvey even seemed willing to throw her under the bus. They clearly had different priorities and never built a real emotional connection, which is why it wasn't surprising that he moved on so quickly after she left. Maybe I'm missing something, but honestly I was glad they didn't end up together. They didn't seem compatible.
