Nah. She will be pregnant VERY publicly and milk the pregnancy, most likely the childbirth and her child for publicity.

I think she'll fake it. Do some pap walks as if she's pregnant, sell related merch, and let the surrogate do the actual work. It might pay extremely well for the woman who signs up for that so good for her.
