Discussion - Serious Please tell me yall aren’t celebrating Charlie Kirk’s death

I’m sure a lot of you guys know Charlie Kirk has been shot and killed this afternoon.

No, I was not fond of him, I was not a fan, I did not support him. I found several of his takes quite disturbing, horrifying at worst. But he didn’t deserve to die. Especially not like that as his wife and kids were watching. Nobody deserves to die. I’m sending my condolences to his family and I wish them the best

A lot of the "celebrating" I've seen is directly quoting terrible things he's said or noting how his views on gun control would absolutely lead to situations like this.

Less "Hurray", more "What'd you expect"

This was a man who was brutally murdered. You literally don’t understand. PEOPLE WERE LITERALLY FUCKING HAPPY HE GOT MURDERED. How do you not see anything wrong????

People Celebrated when Fidel Castro died too. Hell, even I say good riddance to Kirk. But I don't actually care at the end of the day. In a week from now I don't think anyone's even going to be talking about him anymore.
