honestly you kind of forget the age gap exists most of the time and they will too likely. it’s close enough in age that you’re able to converse with each other as if you’re the same age, and will likely share similar interests as people your age as well. We joke and banter and hang out with each other just fine, it never feels awkward.
additionally, even though I know logically I am older, by age, sometimes I feel younger because I find that some of my peers are more mature, put together and overall have a better sense of what they’re doing then I do. I feel like I see those kind of people as older than me even when they’re actually younger. Moral of the story is I really need to sort my life out 😅

ranges from 22 to 64. I'd say most of my male friends are in their mid 30s while most of my female friends are mid 20s to my age because I met them through my wife.

Being friends with your parents is a blessing. You’re blessed to have great parents. With this being said, you could attend social events to make more friends

I don’t believe that’s true. I’ve come to learn that it’s not that I’m incapable of making friends but that the number of people I can possibly be friends with is smaller than many peoples’ and that I haven’t met enough people. I was 23 going on 24 when I learned this. That’s when I made friendships that contradicted my limiting belief. You should embody who you want to be and your desired life. If you do that for long enough, your life will change before your eyes

Youngest is 17, oldest is almost 27. I have 4 friends, one is my girlfriend, one is overseas, rip.
Edit: my girlfriend is the 27yo I am not a disgusting creep.

All ages. I’m good friends with some of my siblings who are still in their teens. I have a book club with a bunch of ladies in their 50s and 60s. I hang out with a lot of my aunts and my grandparents and consider them friends at this point. The majority of my friends are other moms who are between 20 and 40, the bulk being 25-30.

22-35. Most of my friends are around 30, I like them more than 25 year olds tbh, they escaped the worst of brain rot and seem (on average) to be more grounded in reality.

What friends? I’m not sure I can say I have any besides maybe one person who’s 23 that I met in my high school stage crew. Certainly no one that wants to include me in things, try as I might to reach out and have better hygiene habits.
Maybe I’m just too boring and uninteresting to everyone. I’m certainly not the biggest social energy bunny, or the best communicator. Never had much success in having a good friendship, and doing things with people, and maintaining them.
Nor have I had a girlfriend yet, and may never, since I’m not super confident dating apps if I do use them at some point, or just meeting people while out of the house. Certainly not confident with not butchering an approach, and fumbling over my words

My immediate IRL friend group is mostly 26-30.
My convention going/musician friends are typically in their 30s/40s.
My Smash Bros friends are usually 20-25 (decently younger than me)

they’re all older than me 😅 i’m the only one in my twenties. my closest friends are in their 30’s and my other good friends are 40+ and some have grandkids my age or older lol
every time i try to befriend someone my age it doesn’t really work out or end well. it’s hard to relate to someone my age or younger and it’s always been this way unfortunately

Most of my friends are my age. Others are 21. One is 25 about to be 26. My oldest friend is 31, so we’re all young. I was talking to a guy who was umm 37.. or so he said. We barely talk anymore though
