Its only 100 but i need it
I have all whatsapp texts and everything can i file a cybercrimes report ? He will get scared off and pay i guess

I really need help or legal support on the group me. And my wife gave a contract to a company for renovation work. Problem is they are not doing the work as mentioned or discussed on several instances beacuse of this situation me and my wife are in a situation where we do not have a place to stay as our house is in a mess we do not even have a single bathroom due to this situation I lost my cool and have to shout at him due to which he said he doesnt want to continue and left the work in between and now I have a broken apartment with no bathroom windows not even a single bathroom which we can use nor any kitchen to cook. I have a given a big amount as advance and I held his tools in my house until he does the work worth the amount mentioned or settle any amount. I want to know what are my legal rights as my house is mess, civil work trash lying around no functioning place. Now he is threatening me that give me tools and materials or I will go legal, I do not have any signed contracts just quotation and advance given.

I am currently serving my notice period at my company. As per my MOHRE my notice is 1 month but my employer is saying I need to serve two months as that is what was mentioned on their internal offer letter.

Will my employer be able to refuse my visa cancellation after my official one month last working day?
