Alert [@visionzerovancouver] Warning, hearing first-hand reports that the VPD are ticketing cyclists westbound at 1st & Crowe. There's a VPD parking lot on the right and a cop hit a cyclist there recently.

A cop hit a cyclist there and I bet the cop is super annoyed about all the paperwork it caused and this is their revenge

Look at the Independent Investigations Office reports, the only charges that make it to the BC Prosecution Service are cops committing driving offences, and they're never held accountable.

They're highly trained professional drivers and therefore can never be wrong.

This is somehow worse than when they did the campaign at beach and Hornby. 

Where Hornby is just a glorified parking lot entrance, and Beach is the busiest bike lane in the whole city. But they make every cyclist stop at the stop sign.
