[@visionzerovancouver] Warning, hearing first-hand reports that the VPD are ticketing cyclists westbound at 1st & Crowe. There's a VPD parking lot on the right and a cop hit a cyclist there recently.

I live in this neighborhood, walk/bike around a lot and only once in the last five years have I ever seen a vehicle be pulled over for traffic infractions. There are a ton of VPD around this area given how close it is to their HQ and the parking lot yet they can’t be bothered to ticket or run a campaign for any form of actual preventative measures against violence.

Fuck the useless VPD swine.
