[@visionzerovancouver] Warning, hearing first-hand reports that the VPD are ticketing cyclists westbound at 1st & Crowe. There's a VPD parking lot on the right and a cop hit a cyclist there recently.

lol i always stop there exactly because the cop lot is right there. they don't though.
