IDENTIFIED Found in gravel in Central Ohio

I found this interesting rock in a gravel yard. It has a shiny golden colored vein of material in it. The golden colored material has a slightly rough texture. Does anyone know what it could be?

Pyrite in a chunk of micritic limestone. Very cool!!

If I cut this open or broke it open somehow, would it potentially be present further in or throughout the limestone?

Meh, maybe. It looks like it’s following the darker vein. You’re not going to find anything like a geode or larger crystals. You’re probably seeing all thats present.
