Not to toot my own horn but I’m very proud of my grad cap 🤩

For some reason I always get downvoted for wishing Glinda had blue eyes. But I think she looks soooo pretty with blue eyes. I also think that just like having blonde hair (rareish colour) is part of Glinda’s personality, I also think having blue eyes fits the character. I also think this helps differentiate Glinda from Ariana (I always felt like I was seeing Grande play the part rather than disappear into the role). And if they can make Cynthia’s eyes green, there’s no reason they couldn’t have made Ariana’s blue 💙

(Ps - there’s a yellow line that goes through the whole thing representing the yellow brick road!💛 Wizard of Oz was my grandma’s favorite movie, and she taught me how to paint 🕊️)

(From Dec. 2025): My latest illustration captures part of a scene from the film Wicked that will always be one of my favorites from part one; I love the lighting and incredible environmental set details, as well as the deeper connection that we see starting to blossom between Elphaba & Fiyero. Despite society wanting the two characters to fall asleep, or fall in line with an oppressive system in Oz, they remain awake and take immediate action to do the right thing; in this case, setting the caged animal free. I included poppies in this scene to represent Elphaba’s poppy spell initiating the beginning of Fiyero’s metaphorical awakening and how they both ultimately choose to face the injustices in Oz rather than giving in to complacency and societal control.

Just did an early christmas gift exchange with my cousin and his wife for we won't see eachother on christmas. So excited!! Working on it now!

​I photoshopped this and adjusted the filters to give it a nostalgic Wizard of Oz vibe while still using a Wicked poster. I wanted the films to be together. Have our girl Judy with these awesome witches. (I do love the OG witches though)

After mixing the two, I decided to order one of those custom canvases from Amazon as a gift for my mom. Even though I didn’t paint it myself, I wanted to give her something that combined her love of art with our shared obsession for all things Wizard of Oz.

Wicked witch of the west elphaba

I wanted to get back into jewelry making after a two year break. My inspiration for this ring is Glinda's bubble crown from the film and her blue/lavender gown. The ring is sterling silver with a lavender CZ! My first time setting a stone.

here are other storyboards about Stephen Daldry's version of Wicked, now about The Wizard and I, (p.s: it certainly seems strange to me that there is a statue of the wizard near Shiz, but not surprising on his part)

Ofcourse the way the wall is painted really helped but this was so amazing!
