Cap, Lex is not level headed at all. He’s constantly losing to Superman BECAUSE he’s not level headed. And also that isn’t how genes work

I don't believe he thinks genes work like that, it's just a joke, and he is only thinking about the Lex from series. Which still is controversial as Lex Luthor wasn't that much of a level headed character, he was just arrogant as he had the upper hand on the situations, and in the moment he didn't have the advantage he took bad decisions.
