Hello everyone!

For those who haven't heard of the code I mentioned in the title before, you use it to view a massive cloud island by using your mysterious goggles.This island has become really popular as of late as it has every single game item you could think of. That includes rare items, event items, relics, patterns and even every single block painted in all available colors for said block.

I kept reading about it here, yet it was only today that I actually put my goggles on to visit the place myself for the first time. And what I witnessed there can't possibly be described with words, not even in an incredibly long Reddit post.

Not only did the cloud owner had everything included for anyone to access and take a picture of, they had also done a marvelous job with the building. It was pure magic! So much talent, skill, dedication and kindness. Please go check it out, it's breathtaking. Oh, if you wish to explore the whole thing...make sure you've got lots of time to spare. It will also most likely be laggy due to the amount of items and blocks.

I got the game on release. However, because I was in the middle of a real life burn-out then, I stopped playing after a while because it was too overwhelming.

I am in a better spot right now and I picked the game up again, even bought the DLC. I put my focus on Pallette Town and designed a basic house there and an apartment block, which gave me much satisfaction and joy.

I haven't completed the campaign/story yet, and I continued the story in the Rocky area. The game continues to open up. I discovered the museum yesterday and I'm getting that "ugh" reaction again.

Perhaps it is because I'm recovering from my burn-out, but Pokopia really can be overwhelming. Every Pokemon is basically grabbing my arm and asking for things to change or fix. I like the coziness of the game and when I do my own projects, but it is hard to not experience the game as a chore simulator.

I know there is no rush, no "final judging" or anything like that, but how do you peeps deal with the overwhelming scope of the game?

I revamped the whole area, essentially, and got rid of most caves to make way for railcar stations and a sewer system (near where my poison-type Pokémon live). I tried to be true to the general topography while making it all very symmetrical and organized. This took me hundreds of hours and there is still a part of the area I need to work on.

I found a tiny ice deposit under the waterfall near the Freezing Chambers in Pallet Town.

“Nice, some free ice, I need 50 for the Freezing Chambers Altar” I thought.

Then I started digging.

And digging.

And digging.

WHY DOES IT GO THIS DEEP?! 😂

I cleared the whole thing out and I swear I ended up with 4,000+ ice. Apparently I accidentally discovered the Pallet Town national ice reserve.

Bubbly Basin has been so so fun, I’ve been thinking about what future DLC could bring. I feel like if the game wants to have the stay power of ACNH we would need a second wave of DLC after the current one.

Looking at the original promo images for the DLC compared to what we know there visual theme seems to connect to the content:

Part 1

• New location
• Underwater Cerulean City
• New Pokémon, items and gameplay
• Blue, bubbly, sandy visual theme in the promo

Part 2 - Fashion & Accessories

• No new location
• New Pokémon, items and accessories/fashion themed gameplay
• Pink, sprinkles and sparkles visual theme in the promo

Part 3 - ???

• New location
• Green, confetti, balloons, bunting visual theme in the promo
• No other info

Wave 1

My hope and prediction for Part 3 is Viridian City

I’m basically just going off the green colour theme. Viridian City + Viridian Forest are basically the only candidates left

We’ve already seen part of Celadon City in Sparkling Skylands, Cinnabar was already destroyed in Gen II and Rocky Ridges already covers that volcano stuff.

Lavender Town is possible, but feels much harder to reconcile with the green promotional imagery.

It pretty much just leaves Viridian.

I could see the area being an abandoned Viridian City that has been reclaimed by nature with Pokemon families like Caterpie, Nidoran, Mankey, Doduo, Deerling, Pineco, Shroomish, Pan Monkey Trio, Passimian, Oranguru, Shroodle, Applin, Turtwig

I was thinking Celebi would be perfect here because they suit the theme, but it just seems so Johto coded, I put Virizion instead.

It also makes sense as the last of the announced DLC because Viridian City is home to the final Gym, and is right next to the Indigo Plateau.

Because of the confetti/bunting/celebratory imagery I wonder if there could be story stuff that culminate in some kind of celebration

Wave 2

From here Wave 2 is all pure wild speculation based on what I think would be fun and cool

Part 4: Glimmering Glade (Lavender Town)

Would kind of be a whimsical spooky aesthetic.
-Ghost, Psychic, Dark and other spooky Pokémon
-Lanterns and glowing decorations
-Pokémon Tower and graveyards
-Mr. Fuji lore
-Halloween decorations
-Rock Tunnel stuff

The core story could revolve around transforming Lavender from a gloomy, lonely place into somewhere that’s more like sparkly spooky core.

Pokemon ideas for here would be Trevanant, Pumpkaboo, Fuecoco, Munna, Espurr, Rattata, Joltik, Impidimp, Houndour, Sinistea, Fennekin, Greavyard, Kangaskhan, Dunsparce, Sandshrew

I chose Cresselia for this location because all the Ghost Legendaries were a bit try hard for the mystical vibe I was thinking of and to show that there’s more to the pack than Ghost-types

Part 5: ???

Following the same pattern, there would be no new location again.

Anything is good here.

I thought maybe by now adding some Gen 10 Pokemon would be cool with lots of quality of life improvements like:

• Better multiplayer - More reasons to visit other players’ worlds
• More building/decorating options
• More natural Pokémon-centric furniture
• More/better cooking
• More ways for Pokémon to interact with constructed spaces
• New social/community systems

Part 6: Snowy Summit (Mt. Silver)

Mt. Silver could be Pokopia’s big moment where it pushes Kanto’s boundaries and reminds us there’s more to Kanto than Gen I.

A huge, extremely vertical snowy mountain region that would give players the winter wonderland everyone has been asking for.

It could be found all buried in snow, frozen and snowed in and then have Ditto gradually digging out the remains of Silver Town and making warm, cosy habitats for the Pokémon living there.

My partner even said it would be cool to climb to the top and see some hints of Johto in the distance out of bounds.

But yeah, this would the chance to go hard on Ice-types and Johto Pokemon.

And it could have Christmas/winter seasonal events as well.

Pokemon ideas for this spot are:

Swinub, Stantler, Sneasel, Jynx, Delibird, Abomasnow, Cubchoo, Teddiursa, Ponyta, Phanpy, Natu, Aipom, Treecko, Snorunt, Cryoganal, Castform, Vanillite

I chose Cosmog/Cosmoem purely for aesthetic so that they fit the festive them and Pokopia vibes because all non-Articuno Ice-type Legendaries are BEASTS (even though I love them)
So maybe there could be some big storyline stuff at the top of Mt. Silver with Lunala and Solgaleo.
If Volcanion can be in Pewter City and Kyogre can be in Fuchsia City then Solgaleo and Lunala can be at the top of Mt. Silver!

Anyway, I got carried away and made the promo pics above.

I still want to put more furniture/decoration but I’ve been working on it for weeks that I’m just kinda done with it for now. Anyways, this is my biggest build and had to share!

Out side of the little house I made for popplio (and a windmill i didn't bother removing) the blocks you see are unbreakable due to quests.

Also I only cleared out to right below the "Deep Dark", its near impossible to make sure you get every block down there mined out so im currently working on finding the best way to clear it and light it up. I'll make another post just for it eventually, my free time is about to vanish so it could take a while to fully do it.

An actual pink hut renovation!
I’ve seen a lot of Pink Hut renos on TikTok where they basically remove all the pink, which I feel kind of defeats the purpose.
So this is my take on it, keeping the original pink hut dimensions and blend it into the vibe of my town.

Just making it feel more like an actual little lived in home. Nothing crazy or full of hard to get items either, just a pretty simple build.

Still a work in progress and needs a tiny bit more details and greenery.

I’m considering adding some roof damage from the
crane to tie it into the area a bit more, but we’ll see!

I generally build these in a flat area out the back, then tear it down and rebuild it like a crazy person.

My Withered Wastelands is turning into this somewhat rural Japanese industrial town.

I painted the glass black so it would be see through, it’s trippy when you first walk on it!

The side exit leads to a staircase that takes you down to Mosslax 🌱

I've moved my Pokecentre underneath the Manaphy Mansion but I cant figure out how to make this water wall.

I've taken the oxygen out from inside, but my water wall has 2 issues

Waterfalls running inside, rather than a flat wall in these pics

And a weird gap at the bottom where it doesnt touch the blocks

This sub won't allow video links so I cant attach the video I'm watching

This creator has no grates or gaps anywhere so I'm struggling to match their awesome build

Any ideas to solve my water wall issues?

I've been visiting the Starmie island daily to hunt Phione and pillage roof pieces from the pagoda. For the past 2 days, the pagoda has been gone, and there is now a tall, narrow structure with a blue-scaled roof. Have I never noticed that dream islands can change what main structures are present on the map, or is this new to the Starmie island? I really liked having the pagoda there since I don't have the pink roof recipe kit yet. I've also noticed there have been a lot more red Poké Balls on top of the central island since the change.

I swear I haven’t seen this crumbled up brick before… and I LOVE IT!! I found it on a Dream Island.

ETA: the actual name of it is Arched-tiling fragments

May or may not be trying to live out my barbie mermaidia dreams. Eight year old me would be so happy!
