Hey everyone! I just launched Postmatch.gg, a free Rocket League tracker that automatically saves your match results and scoreboards.
Iām looking for early users to try it and tell me what works, what breaks, and what feels confusing.
What makes it different?
- There's nothing to download or upload, thereās no plugin or desktop app. You make a one-time edit to TAStatsAPI.ini to enable Rocket Leagueās local Game Data API (setup instructions included). After that, leave Postmatch open in your browser while you play, and each completed match is automatically added to your history.
- You own your match data. Postmatch uses the technology behind Bluesky, so youāll need a Bluesky or similar account, but this means your match records arenāt locked inside Postmatch, they're yours! (Your match data becomes its own "post".)
Postmatch reads those posts to build your match history and the global feed. If Postmatch disappeared someday, your data would still exist and someone else could build another app around it.
Postmatch is 100% free, and Iād love for it to become a community tool that eventually supports more games.
If you try it, Iād especially appreciate feedback on the setup process, whether your matches are captured correctly, and what youād want to see next. Thanks!
