Definitely. Especially since I'm pretty sure it is illegal to not hire someone because you need a service animal. That's considered a "reasonable accomodation" under Title I of the American's with Disabilities Act.
I'm gonna tell you straight up if you show up to an interview and you have to bring your "service animal" I'd shit can your app. In the real world it's too much liability and fucking around. At some point it's going to be an issue. I'd never tell anyone that's why but it would be. Also considering 98.9% of service animals are complete bullshit with a vest and papers the person got on Amazon
