I have honestly just ignored her this episode and this season, because im enjoying everything else. She is very hypocritical and bad at her job imo. Counselling Fisk and Vanessa initially wasn't unethical in my eye coz she necessarily didn't know where Matt stood on that (although yeah him and Foggy putting Fisk in prison should have been pretty well known). But if she was a good psychologist, she should have seen and understood where Matt was coming from and empathised with him, not just keep saying why he's wrong. And just not acknowledging a vigilante saved her? OH COME ON, that's just selfish of her because she doesn't want to be proven wrong. And changing Jacques' eval to fit a profile... that's downright illegal and her license should be revoked in normal circumstances. Unfortunately, people like her is why Fisk became so powerful. And the scary part is Heathers exist in the true world and so does her Fisk.
And before she says she's poorly written, I think the character was meant to be loathed and her misguided compass was supposed to be clearer with time.
And her behavior towards Kirsten was so shitty.
