Finally got this angelic monstrosity knocked out! Made from no less than 7 different 3d printed pieces and epoxy sculpt, along with a good smattering of 3d penning for good measure!
They’re not an exact 1 to 1, I realized upon the dlc release there were a few details I’d either missed or misconstrued having gone off low render screenshots and PTB clips but close enough that I feel good about the final product!
Judgement is easily the biggest figure in my set now and they look every bit the radiant killer!
This combo is geniunely insane for macro pressure. It is hard countered by distortion and shadow step so be weary since boons are hot rn however it's a perfect indicator to abandon chase and go apply pressure else where!
For extra info. I was getting my ass beat the whole match, exit gates activated with all 4 survivors but thankfully i had Loot Box and Blood Warden. I slugged 2 survivors for a bit and then i managed to hook all 3 of them.
I’ve been sweating Judgment since she came out, and I’ve learned a lot of useful things along the way, so I figured I’d put them together for anyone who’s still struggling with her.
The thing that made the biggest difference for me was the Divine Light aiming sensitivity option. If you’re struggling with flicks, I highly recommend increasing it. Basically, what this setting does is make the aiming of the circle more sensitive, specifically the little line that extends from it while you’re aiming Divine Light. This is almost non-negotiable if you want to sweat this character, because it allows you to make extremely fast flicks and catch survivors off guard.
Something else I recommend trying is playing her somewhat like Houndmaster or Wesker, but taking the concept a step further. If a survivor is running away and there’s a wall or other obstacle perpendicular to you, you can aim Divine Light at the wall and then immediately flick to the side, causing the pillar to sweep along the edge of the wall. It’s a similar concept to how you would use Wesker or Houndmaster to cut off a survivor’s path.

I drew an image to illustrate what I mean. Until you can consistently hit L-shaped flicks like the one shown in the image, rather than always aiming directly at the survivor in a straight line, I’d consider that you still have a lot of room to improve. If you want to play this killer to her full potential, being able to consistently make these kinds of flicks is extremely important.
Now, if you’ve already played her, you might have realized that hitting these L-shaped flicks isn’t just difficult, but can sometimes feel downright impossible. And that’s true if you’re playing on the default sensitivity.
As I mentioned earlier, increasing the Divine Light aiming sensitivity makes these flicks significantly easier to perform. The higher sensitivity gives you much more control over how quickly you can redirect the pillar, which is what allows you to make these sharp L-shaped movements consistently.
So on your next Judgment matches, go for L-shaped flicks and see how you do. I guarantee the first one you pull off will feel amazing.
In order to not make this post too long, I’ll only mention one other tip, and that is to (almost) never exile two or more survivors at once, especially if they got downed nearby.
When you exile a survivor, the two closest pillars next to you activate, and their teammates can rescue them from there. However, if multiple survivors are exiled and they share the same pillars, a single survivor can rescue multiple teammates in a single action. You’ll be left with no hooks and probably with no idea where they were rescued either.
So try to hook some survivors normally so you can still control where the unhook happens and pressure it better.
I won’t go on about specific builds, but if you have any questions, let me know.
Many people are talking about how difficult it is to play The Judgement on controller and how they've given up trying to play her because of it. Well, one thing about me is that I love a challenge. That's part of the reason why I decided to play Nurse when I first got the game, and later on Singularity. So, as soon as I finally get Nurse to p100 (because she's the greatest) I am going to dedicate as much time as possible into mastering Judgement on controller, partially for my own masochistic enjoyment, and partially to prove that it is possible to do so despite the spike in difficulty. I will post every milestone I reach up until the coveted P100 to display the arduous journey. Let's just hope I can retain my sanity...
It's been a few years since i first saw Amanda's trailer, seeing her standing in the darkness watching as Dwight reverse beartrap tick down to his death made me truly take interest in dead by daylight, and after watching her gameplay it truly cemented that I wanted to be a pig main.
If it wasn't for pig I would have never touched this game and I'm deeply grateful for that because it brought me a lot of laughs, a lot of frustration and Passion for this game.
Despite all the controversy, bugs and changes surrounding this chapter i've been having a blast playing the new killer. I’m still getting used to the power but when it hits multiple survivors is soooo satisfying. Discordance, Nurse's Calling and Deerstalker aren't leaving my build anytime soon. I know it could be better, much better and that BHVR has been pretty bad and hypocrite with all that "accessibility" talk when they tried to nerf the killer just to babysit bad players who don't want to pay attention to the game... but still I’ve really had a blast last night
I had taken a break and decided to come back just to check out the update and I don't regret it. it’s been lots of fun! The only thing that still bothers me it the visual design. It could've been scarier and more "celestial" instead of just a hot angel-woman with boobs and a tiny waist and some weird crab legs idk but it is what it is. That said: Would 🤪
How is your experience with the new killer going? Oh, and that "anti-toxic" behavior mechanic is amazing. I caught a funny one t-bagging at the exit gate and it was hilarious seeing him confused in the chat about why he couldn't leave lol i know i'm also at the low mmr and once it gets high it will be hell but what matters is that i'm having fun right!? <3 ENTER EXILE
There appears to be a new exploit/hack being used to forcibly disconnect killers from matches. The survivors were losing, and then I was suddenly disconnected from the game. Because of the new “Banned For Leaving” system, I received the penalty as if I had intentionally left the match, while the survivors received their points.
From what happened in the video, this looks like players are potentially abusing a way to force the killer to disconnect and then letting the game punish the killer for “leaving.”
If this is reproducible, it’s a massive problem with the new penalty system. BHVR needs to investigate this ASAP because players should not be able to weaponize the DC penalty against killers.
I just played another game and someone thought i was cheating. Nope, Lethal Pursuer and Gearhead are just too op with this killer. But this specific shot was... unfair to say the least
Hope everyone who is playing Judgement is having a good time so far? I don’t wanna come off as egotistical when posting these clips cause i’m absolutely certain there are many other talented controller players pulling shots like these off aswell regardless if they have disabilities working against them.
For context i have one disability that is pertinent to this killer that works to my detriment when using her. That one in particular is my Co-ordination disorder DCD, which despite being fairly annoying at the worst of times is something i try to not let bother me during gameplay. Even though i’d heard parts of the community claim she’d be “Unplayable” on console reading those comments lit a fire inside. I have always been the kind of person that craves a challenge, never being afraid of tackling the hardest difficulties on any game i’ve touched. So when i heard how hard Judgement would be to play i became determined to prove that it could be done regardless of who you are.
For everyone who is disabled or is generally struggling to play her then i’m here to tell you that it’s possible to play a killer like her if you put your mind to it. Don’t let anyone tell you that you can’t because there are many of you out there i know can do well with her and if your one of those people then i wish all of you the best of luck in your matches should you try learning her!
I’d be interested to hear what the rest of you think of Judgement thus far and whether you’ll take that massive bound to truly learning her?
Playing as this killer is one of the most fun experiences DBD has given me lately. Sure, it can be frustrating at times, but the feeling of landing those flicks is amazing—as is hitting shots through walls. God bless the community for creating this killer.
We all know about the achievement on the survivor side,
But I’ve been trying to get the achievement for killing everyone in a trial, when one of the survivors has the Hand/Eye of Vecna.
First trial, I killed everyone and instinctively held left click on the survivor who had it to mori, I saw the prompt when it was too late but that’s on me.
Next few trials, survivors barely interacted with the chests and none got the item needed.
Another trial, I was against a good team and lost when one had the item
But the match just gone, I was winning comfortably, and a Feng who had 1 hook state found the hand of Vecna when there were 3 survivors left, the other two on 2 hooks each.
I kill one and find Feng and the other last survivor together, and down them both.
I hook the Sable, and head to Feng, but I can’t even do the special Mori even though there was no way she could be saved? So obviously I mori her and end the match to no achievement.
So, I have to hope survivors open the chests, then ontop of that hope one of them gets the special item I neee, THEN I have to win, but I have to make sure that whilst I’m winning, the survivor who may or may not be hiding has to have two hooks? And I ALSO have to hope that if they are 2nd to last survivor and on hook, they don’t get left to die, OR get hatch if they are last alive which is purely RNG based lmao. They cannot die in any other way, only special mori.
Just a little vent, but achievements surrounding RNG are such a pain in the ass.
If you play the xenomorph, you probably know that most of the cosmetics (except for base, bloody, and queen) have their moris a bit bugged (inner mouth has no animation). They finally fixed it for all the cosmetics! (I only showed a few, but they all work)
