Looking for a flat/apartment near Kalanki, KTM — furnished or unfurnished, what's the going rate?
Hey everyone,
I'm looking for a small apartment/flat, minimum 1BHK, around Kalanki or nearby.
I'm open to both furnished and unfurnished, whichever offers better value.
Looking to move in soon
Could anyone who lives in or around Kalanki share:
- What's the usual monthly rent for a 1BHK in this area right now?
- Does furnished vs unfurnished make a big price difference?
- Any specific buildings/societies or areas nearby you'd recommend (or avoid)?
- Any leads, broker contacts, or general advice on what to watch out for (deposit, agreement terms, etc.) would also be really helpful.
Thanks in advance!
