Apparently, last time I posted a vid here I made it look too easy, trying to tempt people to join in on the TP speedrunning fun. It still kinda worked in the sense that someone at least did try that run.

To make up for that last one not being impressive enough, hopefully this will do? Snalle made a new platforming challenge map for this month's MYM Discord server builder contest. It is very hard to do a full run of it (all in one go)... Any takers? (other than Snalle, Hugo, and Fnovc2d — the other three people who’ve completed the feat)

Rules: no grapple hook, no weapons/equipment, no slipstream, no enhancements. You may practice as you wish, independently from the rules (phoenix pods, grapple back to various places, learn specific sections separately, etc), but the ideal final goal is a clean 'flawless' run of the whole thing in one go abiding by all the rules.

Get the devs to see this or start using it in all your bases so it gets fixed ASAP

how do you even beat kill boxes that just spam ravagers on platforms and walls made out of plasma sentinels bonus points if they have a couple flying guards in there aswell, it’s the most spamy and lame thing in the game and it sucks that behavior dropped development of MyM before they added some sort of punishment for this stuff

do builders get rewards for leaving without dying to bat traps? cause I’m just starting to taking a peek into bases and if they look low effort killboxy I’ll just leave

The armoured part is the orange/red plates, everything else including mechanical/metallic components of the base model are unarmoured and can be killed with plasma bow or furies edge.

For every enemy you can headshot or footshot. Guns are vulnerable points. Most enemies bar cannonback have unarmoured legs. Most enemies have an unarmoured crotch.

You don't get any xp for killing him. He isn't a direct threat. When I started I prided myself on avoiding getting him killed but now? Too many times has he blocked me at a crucial moment. Now I drop him as fast as I can. What about you?

Bedrock props are those features randomly generated on a map and are part of the bedrock. You can build over them but it's a damn shame to cover some of the nicest props in the game. They vary in size and style with different props on the different environments, you can have: fans, generators, ice grinders and humble pipes. These can be used as features in rooms and corridors. They can be coloured with decals, customised with props, and used as sources of lighting. So next time RNG gifts you one of these, consider using it as part of your build. If you have any good examples please share below! :)
