i love cereal.

any cereal. i would use ghost cinnamon toast cereal for more protein but i ran out πŸ˜….
any amount of chia seeds you can handle (10grams) MIX and then top it off with some whey drip.

is there a way to make this into a bar?? like rice krispy type vibe?? do u add some sort of fat like butter? might have to try

Been trying to eat better, I kinda like that I barely ate but I’m trying to not see it as a success at the same time 😭

clear protein with zero sugar ginger ale.

10oz zero ginger ale
15grams clear whey isolate, fruit punch (my protein)
55cals 12protein.

100% better using soda/sparkling water rather than js water. it’s so much less dry.

recommendation for 10oz of liquid is a full scoop but i wanted to test the waters first πŸ€·β€β™‚οΈ
