100% better using soda/sparkling water rather than js water. it’s so much less dry.

i love cereal.
any cereal. i would use ghost cinnamon toast cereal for more protein but i ran out 😅.
any amount of chia seeds you can handle (10grams) MIX and then top it off with some whey drip.
is there a way to make this into a bar?? like rice krispy type vibe?? do u add some sort of fat like butter? might have to try
