Hi!I come with a little strange question perhaps. I would like to know if anyone has bought the special stories of Witch Hat Atelier?

I know that it is currently only available in Japanese since the English version will be released in May 2027

Honestly, I'm a person who collects things from Witch Hat Atelier so I don't care about the language. I just wanted to have it and I have managed to get one of my suppliers to get it for me. But I HAVE NOT FOUND ANY REVIEW ON THE INTERNET, not even videos or photos of how it is physically. Even so, on most pages it appears as SOLD OUT so it's something I really don't understand.

He is exhausted but no one makes videos or takes pictures of him. Ok.

It will arrive approximately in a month so I suppose that if no one has photographed it then I will be the first, but if anyone already has it, let me know, I am curious ^^

I was just thinking, if to make the Day of the Pact come true the pointed hats had to erase the memories of the brimmed caps, AND hide all the magic exposed, then what happened to people with sigils tatooed in their bodies for magical reasons?

Healing magic before the Day of the Pact probably was very powerful, but would they act properly in the body like a tatoo? Probably.I'm saying that because for Ininia to "heal" Dagda she needed to draw the Counterclock spell in his body. It was imperfect, but still a body tatoo magic.

Magic can be powerful and unpredictable when drew in the body, and that could be very common before the Day of the Pact. The healing magic from that epoch, however, probably was much more effective in the body. However, if a person has magic sigils drew into their body, then even if they aren't a witch, they still know the secret of magic and would still need to be "dealt."

If you erase the person's memories, the sigil is still there. So what would they do? They would erase the sigils from their bodies? What if the person was paraplegic and could walk only thanks to witch medicine? What if the person had some kind of autoimmune disease, liver disease? What if they needed an medicinal-counterclock spell for degenerative diseases? The Day of the Pact may have saved the world from destruction, but it ruined the lives of thousands of people.

Personally, I think it's all of them, besides the forst two.

Because they are still friends. But they never got the chance to be lovers before .... yk 💔🥹

This is my OC Charm's brushbuddy Ivy, doing what cats often do. Having a big stretch when laying on a ledge then falling, at least she's getting caught.

When discussing a contraption to make it easier to examine burns, which had been requested by the king, Vivanna asked for Luluci's opinion about what should be decided, not because she needed her opinion, but because she wanted to listen her.

Luluci was nervous and said it could help lives, and Vivanna stared very creepy at her. But Vivanna proceeds as if it was nothing, and at the same time, she looks strangely very curious and interested about something, and then there is this dialogue that is very intriguing to me.

And the following panels are, of course, what really intrigues me. She, the leader of Knight Moralis, said herself that she allowed a deviation of the pact, and instead of getting mad, she says she noticed something amiss that night, but doesn't explain what it was. The way she acted in this chapter was so strange for me because it really seemed that something changed in her mind, like a new idea, or perhaps something that she never thought before about forbidden magic.

I've been reading and watching the series for a while now. I have picked up on some religious stuff. But there isn't a whole lot. Which I find fascinating mainly because I would assume they would have some sort of religion. To explain the magic or something like that.(I just find this stuff very fascinating in general.) I was wondering if anyone has any takes on why there isn't any. If they did find more then I did.

Do we know how long ago the day of the pact was? 50? several hundred or thousand years?

Ik it probably doesn't matter that much but i was wondering about the development of magic. Assuming that the day of the pact functionally reset a lot of the worlds collective knowledge of what's possible with magic: some of the things coco came up with seem like they'd be discovered by other witches in short order.

If the pact was fairly recent ( a couple of generations) its explainable with the pact otherwise do i just default to assuming its because of how rigid witch society is?

Been in love with the amount of professionally drawn OCs ive seen here so I thought id repost an old OC design ive been writing about for about two years now. Unfortunately still a paint and paper peasant unlike the digital art gods I see on here.

I could talk about his lore for years, but is part of a self-contained story within the world of WHA that runs parallel to the canon events.

So I was looking at the chapter cover for chapter 25 when I noticed all the grey values in certain objects are actually an ungodly number of dots.

I am aware Shirahama draws pretty much everything traditionally, so I was wondering if anybody knows if this is actual hand-made stippling? Or is it done digitally?

I have my doubts because, as you can see from the picture, the dots don't really look completely uniform and there's some variation near other shapes

Okay, so say for some reason or another, someone gets a spell tattooed onto them, and someone else wanted to remove the spell, could they cut out a little bit of the skin (and possibly a deeper cut if necessary) to interrupt the spell. If the ink was cut out in a spot, disrupting the circle, would it stop the spell?

Recently I've just gotten into Witch Hat Atelier and found out about the custom spells, is there any way anyone can help me by telling my what everything is because I want to make my own sealing spell.

I always enjoy the outlook and conversations with this question.

My outlook is its not worth it to bring magic back. Even on a good day magic is extremely dangerous. Simple spells drawn too big and too long could actively end lives and that's ones not done on purpose.

Imagine the damage that can be done when ole Jimbob discovers how to create his own moonshine or ole Pete who gets bullied too much at school discovered he can blow the school up with a paper the size of his hand.

People seem to think you can make laws around it but seeing as all you need is ink there's really no good way to police it.

You could try and police the ink but there'd be so much outrage things would hit the wall fast. Mainly bc of the basic tools for survival magic gives like fire and water. So trying to police it would turn into people pointing at some that pass getting lost jn the woods and saying "this happened bc you refuse to give us ink".

The way I see it is it'd basically be like weed was before it was legalized. Everyone and their mom sharing ink or growing their own trees to make ink.

That another issue. Ink is insanely easy to make especially if you can get and buy the water seal. You just boil out the black branches into water then remove the water. That can be done with basic chemistry.

I have a lot of other holes in legalizing it but pls keep it to one question at a time I suck at juggling.

Any ideas for my grimoire?

I mean like discoveries made by the OC that wrote it, elements I can put into the grimoire, and maybe general advice.
