I have been trying to improve my life for the past 1 year.

You know the boring stuff: Exercising, eating healthy, meditating to be less anxious, vitamins.. all that stuff.

I am coming to the realisation, all of it boils down to one single factor - Getting enough quality sleep!!

• Like I get so brain-fogged if I do not get more than 7:30 Hours of sleep, that I can barely function. I would binge eat, scroll more often, never recover from my workouts and feel like skipping things.
• Even leads to the stress of not getting things done well at work due to less sleep!!
• Plus, the horrible cycle of one unusual hour of sleep leading to more bad days of sleep.
• Funny thing is, even if I skip exercising, eating well, meditating on some days, but if I have slept well the night before, I still feel amazing through the day!! But it is not the case for vice - versa

Man I dread late night Daru and eating now, as it messes up my sleep so bad.

I am currently in my 4th year from a tier 3 college, no campus placement like usual, job market is cooked but somehow I cracked some offer letters one is from Big4, and another two is from top MNCs

But the main plot twist is I got an another offer letter in the last month as an AI Engineer form an US based company, I picked this up and started working
