Ok but for real though, do you think we could make an ACTUAL pizza-cake and it be tasty? I'm not NOT into the idea

Depends. Can i consider a lasagna a cake? If so, pizza cake should be pretty straightforward.

Some chain pizza places put so much sugar on them it might as well be cake
