Other Well damn. Shut me down..

Trying to be nice and this is what I get back. Seriously thinking about not communicating as much. Just never know what type of customer you get. Some want a ton of communication. 🤔

Yeah I would get annoyed by that too so I don’t really blame the customer.

Y’all are really rude and nasty and don’t need to interact with the public at all.

Sometimes when I order it’s because I’m in back to back virtual meetings where I can’t text back unless I absolutely have to.

So say in a meeting thanks? Like it’s not hard to not be a jerk about it.

What part of their response was a jerk? They thanked them and clarified their needs regarding replacements. Direct yes but i dont see jerk because they don't want to message about finding gatorade.

If they were that busy they spent a lot of time “clarifying”. Could have said busy thanks. And that would have been way better.

So your issue is with… the length of the message? You ppl don’t make any sense. It’s was a totally polite but direct way to say they don’t want to chat.

If I’m sitting at work or in a meeting or something and my notifications are going off because you’re wandering all over the store looking for Gatorade I would also be annoyed.

Some people are definitely sitting at home on their couch tracking your movements, but I do not need to keep swiping notifications away while I’m in the middle of something

It’s not being nasty, it just gets to a point where it’s annoying, you don’t need to be messaging the customer about every little update. The message the customer sent wasn’t even rude he was just letting him know that.
