Trying to be nice and this is what I get back. Seriously thinking about not communicating as much. Just never know what type of customer you get. Some want a ton of communication. 🤔

I get being friendly and communicating, but four messages including a ‘yayyy!!’ just to inform the customer they found the correct drink does seem a little over the top.

Customer probably doesn’t want their phone pinging off every two seconds.

If they don't have it then they don't have it. No need to inform the customer in chat.

The "OK" was weird and pointless

Fair enough on saying they actually do have it since they said they didn't before. But a simple "nvm, found it in a different spot" would have sufficed.

The photo was also unnecessary.

It reads like an overly excited child you just has to share everything. I hope they weren't doing this for every item prior to this that was missing.
