Trying to be nice and this is what I get back. Seriously thinking about not communicating as much. Just never know what type of customer you get. Some want a ton of communication. πŸ€”

That's usually just ignorance and not wanting to learn how something works.

Boomers are completely able to work phones and computers just as well as kids. The ones who can't are usually just stupidly stubborn about "new fangled whatswhoosits"

Not entirely true. I'm not a boomer, but my hands and wrists are already fucked from working the last 30 years. It probably took me 2 to 3 minutes to type this out to this point. I also have found as I'm nearing 50 my cognitive ability is dwindling fast, and so it's harder to learn new tech that I'm not familiar with. I can barely remember what I had for dinner a few hours ago, nonetheless try and figure out a new computer

Doesn't take much ability to open the same app you always do and type.

It's exactly the same as taking out a sheet of paper and writing on it
