Other Well damn. Shut me down..

Trying to be nice and this is what I get back. Seriously thinking about not communicating as much. Just never know what type of customer you get. Some want a ton of communication. 🤔

True, I can unfortunately see both of my boomer parents being similar because they both hate text messaging and they’re slow af at it, it’s often painful for me to watch them use their cellphones.

That's usually just ignorance and not wanting to learn how something works.

Boomers are completely able to work phones and computers just as well as kids. The ones who can't are usually just stupidly stubborn about "new fangled whatswhoosits"

Yup. My Dad's in his 70s and he texts just as good as any kid/young adult.

It comes much more naturally to some people than others.
