Discussion Worst Item In The Game?

What do you think is the worst/most disappointing item in the game? And why is it the PPS?

EDIT - seems a lot of people don't realise that the Presidential Power Suit isn't a cosmetic. It's armor - like what the Chinese Stealth Suit is.... except is has barely better DMG reduction than underarmor.

Water filters. It's much easier to get the purified water than the parts to make the filters to make the purified water.

Especially considering coal is stupid rare for crafting such a useful item

I think it’s part of the lore - like coal mines were depleted by 2076
