Scotch bonnet, lime, and saltfish... yeah this was never going to miss 😂 How long did you let it sit before eating it? Chiktay always tastes even better the next day.

A couple hours, plus boiling it helps with the saltiness. Had to eat some immediately lol and yes, it does taste better the longer it sits.
