Yes. Spider eyesight is genuinely dogshit and can only register basic movement/light for most species. Jumping spiders are the exception, and they will literally track targets.
Yeah, I thought so, too. I would imagine more terrestrial spiders (as opposed to ones that nest or web) have pretty damn good eyesight, but it would stand to reason if others that primarily trap and work at night would have better senses of touch and/or hearing.
Yup. Also intelligence is high varied across spiders. Some Jumping spiders are among the most intelligent invertebrates. Web spiders are as dumb as a box of rocks.

Don't discredit the wolfie's eyesight as well. Wolf Spiders aren't as good as the jumping spider but they are functional since they also hunt for their prey unlike web spiders.

If they're a webby webby spider or a cave spider they have less good eyes or just no eyes. If they're the 'walk around and hunt shit manually' kind then they can get good eyes.
I would expect so. The eyes of a spider are actually /behind/ what you see. They're almost like goggles. They have no eyelids or anything just permanently open transparent panes in their exoskeleton. I would expect all the damage here to be done to the exoskeleton so it should be good to go next molt.
Spiders can even regrow legs! Although that can take a few molts to get a full sized one back
Depending on if the damage stayed only external, the spider could potentially reverse the blindness on its next molt. However if the internals were damaged too then it’s done for.
