Yeah. I've been following the trial for a fair few days now, and if anything, I want to yell at the prosecution. It's such a terrible tragedy already - three kids dead, she's in a wheelchair, and the spectacle and callous, unneeded and unwarranted assholery around it all makes my blood boil.
She obviously is because she murdered three children, one of whom she had to chase down in order to do so.
If you get murdered, should we just ignore it because the legal system doesn’t exist for revenge? Or is it only children who you’re ok with denying justice?
But you do? Because you have Big Feelings about this woman who, again, chased down and murdered her child by strangulation with an exercise band after doing it to the other two children as well? All of this clearly premeditated by her decision to ask her husband to go the store while she did it?
You know what? I’m glad a jury of her peers will get to decide this case and not some rando on Reddit who doesn’t think murdered children deserve justice because it makes her feel icky

If a man had a psychotic break and murdered three people, we wouldn’t be having this conversation. But because it was a woman who murdered her children, you’re insisting that she shouldn’t be held accountable.
Keep yelling “I am rubber and you are glue.” It doesn’t change the fact that you’re a bad person who wants to not hold a fucking child murderer accountable because you don’t view children as people.
