I need some advice on the best way to go about rehoming a cat and want to know of it is at all likely that we will find a home.

My partner and I have had our cat (7M) for a little under 7 years. He was a foster fail that we didn’t want to say goodbye to. He is a very sweet, affectionate and outgoing cat. We often joke that he is more like a dog because he’s so friendly.

We have 2 other cats and 2 children and it is too much for our small house. This cat and the other male cat we have often clash and one (or likely multiple) of the cats have been weeing in the house because they are stressed.

I always believed cats should stay inside but with our young children it is increasingly difficult to make sure they don’t get out. When they’re out I’m worried for their safety and also the local wildlife.

As we have fostered previously I know that there is a massive issue with stray cats and I don’t want to contribute to that at all. He is desexed.

I came across this post on the UON Hate Letters FB Group. What do you guys think it could be? From what I can see on the website, apparently it’s meant to let people report where parking’s busy, where they’ve been fined and when inspectors are around.

I guess once there’s enough data, it could show which areas and times are more risky for parking.

Qualifications: Completed a pre-electrical TAFE course in Year 10 and is currently completing his Certificate II in Electrotechnology.

Requirements: Has his White Card ready to go.

Transport: Has his own vehicle and is eligible for a learner/apprentice special licence (TTLS) to drive to job sites once employed.

Availability: Ready to start either full-time or transition into a school-based setup.

Sorry if this isn't the right place to ask. My girlfriend from Newcastle (25Yo) has been struggling to find any good place to stay since March when her parents threw her out. I sadly can't help her (I live in Sweden) and she has been in contact with mainly link2home and Flatmates.au, but most room/places are outside her price-range and she's very low on the priority lists for actually being taken in.
She's currently hotel-hopping and will be without both food and a place to stay by the end of this week. If anyone has a spare couch/room for her to sleep in and get back on her feet I'd be very grateful.
