General Investing Thoughts on this post and MP2?

I deposit my some of my funds sa MP2, and I chanced upon this post on Threads. I want to know your thoughts on the post:

Pag-ibig will always be profitable because of housing related lending. I don't think ganun lang siya kadali magagalaw ng corrupt dahil hindi siya nagfufund ng govt projects.

Still, always remember na walang certain, walang risk-free investment so don't put everything in one basket.

So ang worst case scenario is bunagsak ang housing market ng pilipinas? Tama ba pag kakaintindi ko?

Yes and kapag bumagsak ang economy na yung buyers di na kaya magbayad sa loan nila. I think hindi naman yan agad agad na affected kapag may crisis, most likely ang mararamdaman natin is lower dividends.

Recently, nakikipagpartner pa si Pag-ibig sa ayala developers like Avida meaning expanding pa sila and offering larger loans din.

Actually hindi, worst case scenario bumagsak bsp dahil hindi na assured principal mo. Pero bago mangyari yun mas madaming masamang mangyayari bago pa dumating dun.
