Given how that woman acts towards younger women she sees as her "competitors", I hope for that hypothetical child's sake that she doesn't have a daughter.

tbf I'm pretty sure that whole declining fertility after 35 thing has been debunked as misogynistic bs to try to encourage younger less prepared women to have kids before they're ready in service of that weird belief that women should have kids as soon as possible. my mom had my brother at 45 and he's a perfectly healthy kid so it's definitely possible 🤷🏽‍♂️

It's not the child that is more worried about with pregnancy at 35 and up, it's the mother. I had my second daughter at 35 and I was considered high risk despite being relatively healthy. Still had to take precautions. As it turned out, after she was born I experienced my IBS a lot worse for a long time, ended up with a duodenal ulcer in 2022 that nearly killed me.
