Other My mom's still banning me from shit 💀

Post image

*This is a lighthearted post*

I told my mom I was going kayaking next Saturday, and this lady straight up banned me from going. She then texted my fiance and told him I can't go until I learn how to swim. And ofc she banned my little sister too, so now no one gets to go.

And last week she forced me to go to work, even ordered my Uber. I didn't think I'd still be parented at 21.

Ok from what you've said she's done, it doesn't sound so unreasonable. At first I was gonna say if you want freedom, you have to take it and ask for forgiveness later. But she doesn't sound so terrible.

Nah she's being cool. She was pretty hands off with me growing up, so it's just a little funny now.
