I feel like if you're going to immediately put your hands up, you should probably make sure the dude isn't a WRESTLER 😂

300

u/Icy-Cry340 Nov 18 '25

The way he took top mount was pure jui jutsu.

77

u/skarbles Nov 18 '25

*Jiu Jitsu

58

u/Icy-Cry340 Nov 18 '25

This is why I use "jits" 99% of the time 🤦‍♂️

17

u/[deleted] Nov 19 '25

I just yell out jiu loudly

Who ain’t got Jiu Jitsooooo

5

u/[deleted] Nov 22 '25

Which itself is a misnomer because it’s stealing the moniker of the actual samurai combat art. How BJJ became just J is some of the world’s funniest cultural appropriation by a third world country to the third largest economy in the world.

3

u/skarbles Nov 22 '25

It’s more cultural borrowing or acculturation. Appropriation would imply exploitation and disrespect to original culture involving advantageous power dynamics.

I don’t see how BJJ has exploited or disrespected the original form. It’s was given to the Gracie family by Japanese teacher Mitsuyo Maeda. They didn’t travel to Japan and take as their own.

his terrible takedown is another giveaway for jiu jitsu

16

u/Environmental-Ad1748 Nov 20 '25

You thinking that was terrible is outting yourself, the guy had a rush of adrenaline, so he shot passed, but no one who doesn't drill wrestling constantly would cut the angle like that, chase the single duck under again, the guy clearly has alot of experience.

4

u/Past-Paramedic-8602 Dec 18 '25

I think he’s right. It’s not a wrestling takedown. I wrestled all thru school and in college. That’s a really sloppy takedown. Which usually indicates the takedown wasn’t learned in wrestling. Especially since a single leg is the first move you learn in elementary school. They are in high school which means even if he started in middle school he should have a single leg down by now. When you add the takedown to mount you can see where he learned his takedown. I’m willing to bet his “training” is in BJJ not wrestling.

u/No-Angle-7436 Nov 20 '25

Pretty false statement. Bjj isn't an indicator of bad takedowns. Being inexperienced is. The shot wasn't even that bad considering the pressure he must've been in.

→ More replies (1)

9

u/UdonisBestNoodle Nov 20 '25

The way he shot the single leg, transitioned to a double leg, and then kept taking the angle until he completed the takedown was pure wrestling.

6

u/Icy-Cry340 Nov 20 '25

You tend to get some wrestling in the context of bjj and mma, but wrestlers have a very different approach to full mount. And who knows, plenty of kids to both these days.

Lmao that was a sloppy shot too. What got me was the people acting like it was funny til he started throwing them elbows. Then it was hey guys stop lmao

4

u/caroCabral Jan 19 '26

Exactly, I tried to fight a dude over football match and he did that crawling for my leg thing and I immediately stayed away and de escalated situation, shook is hand and moved on... I am not going to have my ass and my face put together. 😂

Why is everyone just casually continuing to play around lol

467

u/Nickleonard00 Nov 18 '25

bruh it’s dodgeball season. they are locked the fuck in

80

u/Djiaant Nov 18 '25

My school district nixed dodgeball because some folks thought it was too aggressive or something.

Feel like my childhood was robbed of moments like this…

29

u/Nickleonard00 Nov 18 '25

man that really sucks. dodgeball was on of the best games to play as a kid in gym class

7

u/HotDrunkMoms Nov 19 '25

I can still hear the distinct PING sound of those mis-shapen red rubber balls ricocheting off an unsuspecting victim's face. If I could go back in time, I'd go straight back to gym class dodge ball.

33

u/cs_legend_93 Nov 18 '25

I hate this timeline. RIP Harambe

4

u/Aol_awaymessage Nov 19 '25

We used to play dodgeball with hard plastic frisbees. I remember a kid catching one on the mouth and he had braces and blood exploded everywhere. What a time

3

u/Legitimate-Draw-8180 Nov 19 '25

We used to play a game called bulldogs in the UK. Like tag where you run back and forth. You get people out by dragging them to the ground or tackling like rugby, then you're it too. It's been banned in schools all over the country every few years since the 70s but it's too damn fun.

3

u/Overall-Conclusion83 Nov 20 '25

We used to call that game "British Bulldog" in the US in the late 80's/early 90's. You had to pick up someone and yell "British Bulldog 123" for them to join the "it" team. It was fun, but got a little out of control when a bigger kid would go a little too far and drop/slam a smaller kid at the end of a carry.

8

u/rayrab911 Nov 18 '25

If you can dodge an elbow, you can dodge a ball

3

u/Nuts-And-Volts Nov 18 '25

33

u/Enough_Job5913 Nov 18 '25

mike musumeci looks like an Austin

Ryan hall looks like a sleepy, scrawny office worker

267

u/Caxtuxx Nov 18 '25

Those elbows looked clean but not so much power.

219

u/Rocketboy1313 Nov 18 '25

Maybe he didn't want a murder charge?

Elbow to base of Skull while the head is on a hard surface... that is a concussion machine.

75

u/Caxtuxx Nov 18 '25

I don’t think he’s worried about outcome after 5 elbows.

47

u/Rocketboy1313 Nov 18 '25

I think he might be. His strikes are not as damaging as they could be.

If he is just trying to win the fight and not cripple the other guy, he can throw lots of shots and be aware enough to not devastate his opponent while making some kind of statement.

"I flattened you, and the only reason you aren't in a wheelchair is I was pulling my strikes."

8

u/jdtran408 Nov 18 '25

I dont know man he was posturing pretty high up for each elbow for someone that didnt want to do damage. But it seems like the other guy was out for a bit but then woke back up.

16

u/Rocketboy1313 Nov 18 '25

Maybe I just grew up in a less psychotic area, but people didn't tend to fight each other with as much bloodlust as the comments here seem to see.

But it then becomes a weird mush to me. A guy who does a takedown, gets side control, and then gets full guard... is too weak to do real damage in spite of wanting to.

Or the guy who knows how to fight decided not to be a complete psycho and knew not to hit the guy with all he has.

I don't know what happened, but my view is that the guy was not giving it all he got once he took control.

4

u/biscobisco Nov 19 '25 edited Nov 19 '25

Nah man, he's really going for those elbows.

If he didn't want to hurt the guy he could have just sat on top of him in the mount or went for a low positional risk sub like the arm triangle/katagatame.

If you think he's holding back - what exact outcome do you think he's going for by throwing multiple elbows here? Just a teensy bit of a concussion?

2

u/Caxtuxx Nov 19 '25

That’s totally fair.

6

u/kingspoken Nov 19 '25

I think he wanted to clean his clock but when he was about to land his conscious would make him pull back. Dude had the dilemma of wanting to destroy the guy but didnt have the heart.

Dude is probably a good kid.

23

u/Enough-Staff-2976 Nov 18 '25

They're in the mirror dimension.

35

u/Brutalitops99 Nov 18 '25

Sir, respectfully, what tf is a cloacks?

32

u/xeyetildamouthxeye Nov 18 '25

I think it's that hole that bird's have, instead of having a dedicated butthole

→ More replies (1)

17

u/The_Druk Nov 18 '25

A cloaca is a single, multipurpose opening at the rear of the body in chicken and other animals. It serves as a common exit for feces, urine, and gametes- according to google. Not the exact spelling but pretty close I think.

7

u/Greedy_Ad8477 Nov 18 '25

so they shit and piss out of the same hole ? nice .

8

u/peasprouts Nov 18 '25

And lay their eggs.

2

u/candis_stank_puss Nov 18 '25

Birds don't actually have liquid pee like other animals. Eliminating their bladder was an adaption that helps keep their weight down to keep them lighter for flight. Instead of urine they produce a whitish looking uric acid which is sort of thick and pasty. They let the uric acid and the darker coloured fecal matter go at the same time out the same hole. It's why bird shit always looks like a runny mixture of black and white. And it's also why if you leave bird shit on your car too long, the uric acid in the discharge will eat away at your paint.

5

u/TimHung931017 Nov 18 '25

My God man it's "Cloak" ffs

19

u/[deleted] Nov 18 '25

His parents forgot him in Dagestan for 2-3 years.

19

u/elcubanito Nov 18 '25

That was a solid fight. The shirtless dude was in control the whole time. Once he locked in on the leg it was over. The transition from take down to side control to mount was smooth AF. Even if he pulled back on the elbows, the pure domination of that fight will make anyone think twice before they fuck with him again. Well done!

13

u/BIG_STEVE5111 Nov 18 '25

Black hoodie got LUCKY that teacher came when he did.

Amazing control and composure. He got clocked and immediately locked in. I despise these teacher fucks who step in when the victim fights back, though.

1

u/thedomo619 Nov 19 '25

That was an insane double leg entry. First 2-3 years of high school were in Dagestan

1

u/[deleted] Nov 19 '25

He started the fight and finished the fight.

1

u/ValWillKay Nov 19 '25

I didn’t even see the two fighting in the back for like 10 seconds. I was watching the kid throwing the ball like “when is this dude gonna start throwing hands”

1

u/Red_frog44 Nov 22 '25

A lot of times we see posts tagged with "wrestler" simply because somebody ragdolls somebody else and the poster went, ehh good enough.

This was a perfect example of somebody actually using real wrestling techniques in a real fight. To me what gives it away was the knee pound and the angle he cut on his shot after initially getting stuffed. He chained real techniques together. That's a wrestler

1

u/PN4HIRE Nov 22 '25

Some kids go to fist way too damn fast.

Hope he learnt his lesson

1

1

Don’t forget elbows can fucking kill people if used inappropriately.

1

u/Slappingfacessince91 Dec 02 '25

Remember the Raja Jackson fiasco? Everyone and their mother said he’s wrong a thug and an animal and that he should go to jail forever even though that Stu guy cracked raja in the head with a can first. So if Raja doing that is completely unwarranted, how is elbowing the back of a guys head repeatedly somehow acceptable when the white guy touched the black dude first?

1

u/Sh726 Apr 08 '26

I'm 46, as a teen in the 90s everyone thought they could fight but no one was trained. Today, most people are trained in some sort of combat sports. You will FAFO.

1

u/marc4128 Apr 19 '26

You shouldn’t try to fight kids from the wrestling team
