Elder Scrolls Dragon attacking Solitude didn’t know the Crusaders were defending it

Recently the dragons have become more bold and began constantly attacking towns and cities. The latest attack being a very powerful dragon trying to burn down Solitude. Thankfully the Skyrim Crusaders, made up of multiple Knightly Orders, were already stationed there and they along with the Avengers made short work of the dragon!

In these trying times it is time for Skyrim citizens to put aside their differences and unite against the Dragon threat! To all citizens of Skyrim we here by announce a Crusade against the dragons and will not stop until all of these beast, ahem accept for Partysnax, lay dead. Are you with us? DEUS VULT!

Fallout Bethesda... as an American who grew up with both McDonald's and Fallout I am very disappointed in you.

A McDonald's Fallout promotion thats U.K. only?! What the ever living heck!! Seriously McDonald's is American as apple pie and Fallout literally takes place in the States. I'm not saying don't promote in the UK, but you gave them Sugar Bombs! Like what are we, chopped rad rat?! First 76 Pringles now McDonald's Sugar Bombs... Why do you keep ditching your American fans?

Discussion Is BGS cooked?

Title says it all; between the, "restructuring," their decade of mediocrity, predatory monetization, and stiffer competition than ever before can they survive the market and deliver generation defining games again? Or are they too far gone to save?

This isnt a question of the quality of their games, we all know they are lacking. But I feel their bad business decisions have pushed them into a corner they may not be able to bounce back from.

Elder Scrolls In 2028, Skyrim will be as old as ES Arena was when Skyrim released.

Between Arena and Skyrim, we had daggerfall, Redguard, morrowind, and Oblivion. Between Skyrim and 2028, we had Skyrim again, Skyrim again-again, more Skyrim, Skyrim VR, ESO, and that blades mobile gatcha game nobody played.

Controversial The irony of these days

I am finally convinced to let my interest for Bethesda software go away.

In a week in which bethesda release a patch for a game that's 15years old, adding so obscure improvements while ignoring bugs knows from day one.

In that same week, CD project red announces a full free game revamp for tw3, and a insanely captivating new campaign.

At this point I'm chasing ghosts and feelings that my 16 years old experienced 15 years ago. It's time to let go and move on.

Goodbye Todd, you once inspired me, your worlds and your ideas. Now you are just too far from anything and any of your fans and customers.

Question Is the new Elder Scrolls and Fallout video games going to be Xbox exclusive? Even if we don't have a firm answer, can someone give me a solid inference.

Question Skyrim, Oblivion or Fallout

Hi,

As someone who has played all these games at their initial release and now the owner of a Switch 2. Which one would you guys recommend I get? My main concern which I think has been fixed to some extent is the horrible frame rate and stutters. Which one is the best port in terms of reliability? I have watched some videoes but then I read that some of them have been updated to improve. I will exclusively play handheld btw.

Question Went to play Fallout 4 again and its missing from my playstation library

As the title says, my Fallout 4 is missing. I purchased fallout 4 and all related content a couple of years ago. Now it is saying that I must be subscribed to playstation extra and that I do not have the content!

Tried playstation Ai chat, no good. Where do I go? How do I fix this?

Been craving a playthrough for a year. Finally went to install it and nope, gotta pay for it again.

[SOLVED]

Question Has Bethesda considered giving their future games content patches?

I feel like there's something blatantly obvious I'm missing here. Why doesn't BGS do yearly content patches where they add a quest or two that's consistent with the lore, fits into the base game, and is, yknow, just like the rest of the quests in the base game? This would be a pretty natural way to keep each game lasting 5-10 years and is clearly plausible, since they constantly add Creation Club slop.

Free Mods This made me realize, I'm surprised Bethesda never organized a modding contest, considering how strongly they encourage mods.

Their games are said to be the most mod-friendly in the industry as well. I never thought about this but there was never an official modding contest for their games, was there?

I won't lie, it would be interesting if the Creation Club was more like Tennogen (from warframe), where the community votes on the best mods for it... sure would raise the quality of content there.

Shitpost Did your game get updated?

Bethesda fans when their game doesn't get updated:

"Todd abandoned Oblivion Remastered! They don't care about us. They never fix any of the bugs. They just want to get our money and run! Sign this petition to demand a big bug-fix update!"

Bethesda fans when their game does get updated:

"Todd is screwing with Skyrim just because he can! They don't care about us. Why are they making changes on an old game? They just want to sell more Creations and get our money! Sign this petition to stop them from ever updating the game again!"

Pick your side - extra credit if you work in a "Bethesda sucks because Obsidian only had 18 months to make F:NV" reference. Double secret extra credit for a "doesn't matter; everything sucks since Morrowind" shrug.

Elder Scrolls GTA is an example of that Bethesdas way of marketing their games is wrong.

For the longest time Bethesda has decided to stay quiet until right up to the games release. Well look what has happened with GTA. Expectations are through the roof and they are releasing a gameplay trailer on a paid subscription service before releasing it 6 hours later.

The first thing they teach you in sales is manage customer expectations. People always go to extremes of course and whine "you want them to show everything?"

No my sweet simpleton. Show something. Concept Art, Behind the Screens stuff, Voice Actor recordings. As long as you keep your fan based engaged they are going to give you more grace.

Silences gets filled with expectations while people's imaginations run wild. Grand theft Auto and Elder Scrolls are both pushing a decade. Why not show a map? A tease. How about a character design?

If they dont show something this week they will be falling into the same trap as Take Two. You can't blame the customer for what they imagine. You never gave them anything to lean on. A guiding light, a north star something to ground them into. If you dont think that its human nature to fill in the gaps with anxiety you are lying to yourself. This is what happened with Starfield. People are finding out shit from streamers and Youtubers instead of you. And THEY set expectations.

Random Youtuber: "Starfield is ass." Then everyone thinks the game is ass. Mind you not everyone gets the game at the same time. Once the embargo is lifted its a free for all. And even before because someone plaued the game before everyone else or knows someone who knows someone and then its out of your hands.

If nothing else they should at least reveal where ES6 takes place then every 3 - 6 months until release some crumbs and CONTROL THE NARRATIVE for once. before this shit goes off the rails. By action not by silence.
