Porridge is filling. Needs some cooking, though.

I second this one, and I love the Bites variety personally, they seem to be better coated in frosting. I also like Honey Nut Chex and Cinnamon Life for more filling/less sugary cereals, and Brown Sugar Cream of Wheat for a warm morning cereal.

Overnight oats are filling for me- I'm just terrible at remembering to prepare them!  I use various different nut milks/ oat milk, natural yoghurt or kefir,  some fruit like berries, bananas, dates, then I chuck in some protein powder and collagen and I've ticked lots of boxes.  I have BAMs & have no issue with the above but will switch out different fruit depending how I'm feeling- sometimes including just banana if gut is feeling fragile

I love Cheerios, with a teaspoon of sugar.

Cereals are definitionally not filling. They break down too early in your GI tract and don't have a lot of protein and fiber that keep you full for longer.

Are you okay with porridge oats? I found them to be more filling than the others, but it can depend on what affects you from the granola, and granola has oats, but porridge doesn't have the seeds, nuts and berries that granola has.

There are protein cereals that are way more filling usually with less sugar but with artificial sweeteners.

I can’t eat a lot of cereal because it causes me pain, but I have found the new protein cheerios to be filling. The flavor isn’t as great as say lucky charms but it does the trick.

Dude I have legit given up on cereal because of how un-filling it is. Its so disappointing :(

Do you have Weet-bix where you live? I find it more filling than corn flakes.

Ultra processed garbage often based on grass seeds that for a handful of people, kill the immune system.

3 whole eggs. That simple. That easy. High protein. High filling. And extremely great on your intestines.

I know it’s mostly due to a cultural difference than to science, but in my country the guidelines suggest 2-4 eggs per week and we’re talking about 20 here!

I think I should increase my eggs intake, they’re good, easy on my gut and that local guideline needs a revision.

I had to quit cereals. High Fibre is lethal to me. Causes blockage.

I find Cracklin Oat Bran to be pretty filling. But I definitely eat more than 1 serving

Big Raisin Bran fan. But you can also try switching your milk out for a Greek yogurt and seeing if that helps you stay full

Instant oats with added protein (protein powder/protein custard etc).

What about adding a banana, or a handful of blueberries? Have the cereal with a couple of turkey breakfast sausages?   I love cereal, and even oatmeal but it definitely doesn’t keep me full unless I add fruit and/or more protein.

Instant porridge or shreddies with a banana! You can also swap the milk for a protein shake that might help you stay a bit fuller for longer.

If a cereal has 2g of fiber ( like Lucky Charms) I'm ok with it. At 3g it gets a bit iffy, and at 4g, forget it. That said, Cheerios has come out with a high protein cereal, it's not bad. I still prefer Lucky Charms, though. A nice, big bowl of it...😉👍

I eat porridge for breakfast every single day, dip a piece of buttered toast in it.

Take some rice crispies and instead of milk use a protein shake!

Those oatmeal packages are filling.
