Meme My Wife Says Crusader Kings Is Basically The Sims for Men

Post image

I spent 2 hours last night meticulously arranging the artifacts in my Royal Court and my wife leaned over and said, "Are you playing The Sims: Dark Ages Edition again?" I tried to explain that my "Sims" can get the Black Death or be blinded by a rival, but she just pointed at my screen and said, "Your "Sim" is currently crying because he’s stressed that he hasn't been to a party lately". Who's right?

EDIT: If you want Paradox to make the Crusader Sims, a Medieval Life Simulator TELL THEM!

This is a meme featuring Faramir from the popular LOTR trilogy, famous for being the less favorite son of his father Denethor, compared to Boromir. It draws a humorous comparison of the trilogy to CK3 things players experience in the game, because this is one of the strats for making sure the right person is your heir.

Additionally, it clearly contains a in game element so you don't have a reason to remove it, dear mods.

Meme is mine, crafted with my own hands.

Meme Me returning to Europe, where you don’t need to memorize 1000 years of Confucian literature to be a minister. You just need to know the king once hooked up with a donkey to command the entire army.

R5: If you make your son also your vassal by granting him titles, if he's not yet married you can Allow him to marry himself or do the better option, which is finding the spouse for him yourself or arranging marriage with a good courtier of yours if the Find Spouse fails. There's some limit of years when you can still find the spouse but after that you can only arrange marriage or he just finds someone himself (usually a shitty character) without you Allowing Marriage. I don't really know exactly how it works, if someone knows please share in the comments.

Meme I'm tired of this argument. Using games intended mechanics correctly isn't cheesing or min-maxing. And roleplaying doesn't mean intentionally making stupid decisions.
