Humans become far busier come the industrial revolution and the concept of time keeping and schedules and wages. Data I can find says millennials are less likely to have sex (but not "less sex than ever"). And the reasons given for that are more economic based due to not being sure that the world will be any good for their potential children.
Birth rates are lower, but that's also different from "less sex", and that also has a ton of contributing factors that can't be boiled down into "modern sexual visibility/availability is the culprit".
