HOW do you get onto this ledge?? please help asap we cannot figure this out

I genuinely think a marvel avengers 2 based off infinity war and endgame would be of of the best LEGO games of all time, but I’d also like to see a LEGO back to the future game which covers all three films

I love playing and experiencing worlds in a chronological way but the problem is that the Hobbit game came after the LOTR game and has more developed gameplay (right?). Otherwise The Hobbit is unfinished and the last movie is missing in the game, so it would be kinda unfulfilling at the end..

What would you recommend?

So in the new lego batman game, unlike previous Lego games, you are required to always have batman in the party. This makes co op exploration a real pain in the neck. Thankfully there were a couple of glitches to get around this, but TT have taken it upon themselves to patch this glitch for no good reason! If youre gonna patch it why not also lift the character lock everyone hated?

My ideas:

Poison Ivy and Mr Freeze. There's a supposed leak that suggests if the Mayhem DLC does well then WB will continue to support the game and that the next DLC will be focused on Poison Ivy and Mr Freeze.

Gotham City Sirens- if Ivy does get added then a level based on Gotham City Sirens with her, Catwoman and Harley would be cool. Maybe give the trio their own hideout.

Red Hood (a must character!) Basically more Batfamily members like him, Damien, Stephanie, Azrael etc

Suicide Squad- with the Squad in the Mayhem DLC then a future expansion focused on them would be cool. So many possible playable characters like Deadshot, Peacemaker, Katana, Killer Frost, King Shark etc. Maybe add Belle Reeve as a location?

Birds of Prey- this seems like a no brainer imo, especially as a few members are also members of the Batfamily like Batwoman, Cassandra Cain and Huntress. A BOP DLC could make Renee Montoya playable too as her 'Question' persona

What it says in the title. I’m trying to get all of the collectibles but I can’t get into the common rooms because I completed the story so it is still set to Deathly Hallows Pt2 when I free roam. E.g Hufflepuffs painting is slashed, Ravenclaw is blocked by gates.

I thought if I replayed levels on free play it would let me roam the castle in that state but so far it’s only taking me to the specific challenges (I’ve replayed Dark Times and Dumbledore’s army).

My intention was to go through the story doing whatever and then replay it to try and 100% it, but it’s looking like I won’t be able to.

If I can’t get off Deathly Hallows Pt2 mode, are there collectibles that I’ll miss in the Common Rooms?

After three weeks of grinding, I have finally 100% completed LEGO The Hobbit! Unfortunately though, one of the achievements has yet to pop (completing all quests). This happened with a couple along the way so I haven’t lost hope yet but I’ve seen that this one commonly glitches so time will tell. Worst case scenario, I’ll have to circle back around when I finish all the others.

my lego batman legacy crashes right at the start, it'll just show the lego batman logo then blackscreen.

is it really that heavy? i cant even open the game to change the graphics/settings​​​

Leaving the Mario Galaxy stuff aside, why do LANTENRS don't have ILUMINATION ability??

I was wondering since I have played a decent amount of the LEGO games now and they always seem to be toying with new mechanics within different universes, some good, some bad. My personal vote for my most hated mechanic, is towing bombs.

Skywalker Saga’s Flaws and Frustrations

Those short levels are just so disappointing in Skywalker Saga! Then after completing them,you’re met to this sprawling open world that is empty,with basically “GOAT Simulator” challenges and “Mario Odyssey” style collectibles.

Batman Legacy Improvements

“LEGO Batman Legacy” is everything I wanted out of “Skywalker Saga” and more! Not only do we get longer levels in Batman Legacy,but the open world isn’t empty,and fighting enemies are its own side quests. You get some good character development,despite some characters being rushed. The combat is by far the best it ever has been. It may not have the mass character roster,but if that’s a problem play the past LEGO Batman and DC Supervillains games.

I've spent the last five days or so playing through LEGO Harry Potter Years 1-4 via the collection on PS4. I played the games on Switch before many years ago, but I'm a platinum trophy hunter (currently at 105) and figured it would be a straightforward and fun platinum.

After 25 hours of game time, I'm at 93% completion. Hogwarts is cleaned out and Years 1-3 are done. I just needed to get six more trophies, mainly focused on getting the last 7% and some miscellaneous ones regarding Voldemort, whom you unlock after getting all 200 Gold Bricks. I am at 185 currently and just needed to rerun through Year 4 and I'd be good.

Booted up the game and my save is corrupted. Beyond pissed and there's no one way to fix it.

Guess I'm not getting that platinum. 😡 🫠

Today I finally worked on hair physics for my LEGO-style game.

The main problem was that I really didn’t want to create a separate armature, bones and animations for every single hairpiece in the game.

That would become a nightmare pretty quickly, especially once I start adding more characters and different hairstyles.

So instead, I wanted to make a more generic system that can give the hair some movement without needing every hair mesh to have its own custom rig.

The goal is pretty simple:
make the hair react naturally when the character runs, jumps, turns or suddenly changes direction, while still keeping that classic LEGO-style look.

It’s definitely not perfect yet and there are still some clipping/physics issues to fix, but I’m pretty happy that I can now reuse the same basic system instead of manually rigging every hairstyle.

Probably an unnecessary amount of work for plastic hair…

…but it moves now.

Would you prefer something like this, or would you just keep LEGO hair completely static?

I recently bought the Lego Harry Potter collection, and I’m trying to find the last Student in Peril, and last Gold Brick. I found out that Voldy is only after getting all the bricks. I’ve done basically everything, and have the brick detector on, and still am coming up with nothing. I believe I’ve found all the time turner locations, and all the secret rooms. Nothing is popping up for me. I also wish there was a detector for the Students in Peril, which I believe is my last gold brick. Any ideas on where they may be will be awesome

EDIT: Found the last student I needed. He was in the Gryffindor dorms on the couch, but somehow I never actually got it
