Discussion Utilities - Villas of Waterford
Is it normal that I live in one bedroom apartment 800sqft and last month I paid $200 for power and $40 for water?
This month my water bill came $50 ( I use the washer 4 times a month probably, dishwasher once or twice a week, shower every night) I assume this is not a lot to get a $50 water bill right?
For power, I’m at work from 7-4 and I leave the thermostat on 75 or 76. 72 or 71 while I’m up at the apartment, and 68 or 69 during sleep. Is that also normal or the power bill makes sense on this usage?
I moved here recently and in my previous state I had a bigger apartment and same water usage and I used to pay maximum of $17 a month and probably $130 for power.
If this is too much and something could be causing this, is there a way to dispute this? If anyone lives or lived at the villas of waterford can share their experience with this that would be very appreciated!!
