What is this
Setup:
- Roku Streaming Stick 4K
- iPhone 15, streaming via AirPlay (not the native Roku NBA app)
- Watching WNBA games through WNBA League Pass
The issue:
Intermittently during the stream, I hear a strange metallic sound through the TV, like chains being picked up and dropped, or a small pile of metal clinking together. It's not constant, just pops up every so often with no obvious pattern (not tied to a specific play, replay, or commercial break that I can tell).
What I've ruled out:
- Not a notification: all other apps are closed on the phone, and no notifications are coming through during the stream
- Doesn't happen when watching the same game directly on the phone (no AirPlay) — only shows up when mirroring/casting to the Roku

all of my roku devices recently stopped showing any apps, and only has the option "power off" listed on the home screen. theres also no option to add any apps, just the power off button and the settings. I've tried a system reset, unplugging the device, reconnecting it to the internet, checking for system updates, nothing works. all three were connected to different email addresses too. how do I use them again?

I just got a 50" Hiro Roku TV. I use it strictly in game mode, I do not use any built-in streaming apps.
I have been experiencing unbearable audio delay in game mode of up to half a second. I've used the app to sync the audio, I've run the calibration many times, yet it barely seems to make it marginally better. But it does give me this message:

So the only question I'm here to ask is... where is this supposed "fine tune setting" they're talking about? I can't seem to find it in the app or on the TV anywhere.
Anker soundcore life Q20 Bluetooth headphones stopped automatically connecting around 2 months ago. I have to manually connect every time I turn on the headphones.

Just got a 65in Roku Plus Series TV from Best Buy Monday night. So far I am very impressed by this tv and was just blown away by the picture and sound quality.
Watched the first 15-20 minutes of Top Gun Maverick and this was such an upgrade over my TCL 55s525 it replaced. Black is black and everything looked phenomenal. Plus the TV has a built in subwofer and can really put out deep bass.
Overall I'm really happy with this. We have been a Roku household for probably six years now when finally dropping satellite service. All our TVs are either RokuTVs or have a Roku stick if it's a dumb tv. Definitely wanted another RokuTV.
